Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง กลยุทธ์การบริหารการขนส่งต่อเนื่องหลายรูปแบบในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ ของประเทศไทย : ศึกษาการขนส่งทางน้ำเชื่อมโยงการขนส่งทางถนนของผู้ประกอบการขนส่งตู้ คอนเทนเนอร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการขนส่งสินค้าในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ เพื่อ ศึกษาศักยภาพของโครงข่ายการขนส่งในปัจจุบัน เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อจำกัดต่างๆ ของการขนส่งสินค้าในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ และเพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารการขนส่งต่อเนื่องหลาย รูปแบบ โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสม คือใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณในการประมวลและพยากรณ์อุปสงค์การ ขนส่งสินค้าในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ของการขนส่งสินค้าทางถนน ทางรถไฟ ทางน้ำ และทางอากาศ ในขณะที่ ใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในการสืบค้น และรวบรวมข้อมูลอุปทานการขนส่งสินค้า และปัญหาการ ขนส่งสินค้าในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ รวมถึงแนวคิดการบริหารการขนส่งต่อเนื่องหลายรูปแบบในพื้นที่ ภาคใต้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปริมาณการขนส่งสินค้าพื้นที่ภาคใต้โดยรวมมีอัตราที่เพิ่มขึ้น ในขณะที่พื้นที่ภาคใต้ของประเทศไทยฝั่งตะวันออกมีศักยภาพในการขนส่งสินค้าทางน้ำ แต่จำนวนเรือที่ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าในลักษณะตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ มีไม่เพียงพอกับปริมาณการขนส่ง สินค้า ในด้านพาหนะที่ใช้สำหรับขนส่งสินค้าทางถนนลักษณะตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ จะเป็นรถบรรทุก ขนาด 10 ล้อขึ้นไป ในขณะที่ถนนสำหรับการขนส่งสินค้าต้องมีการขยายเส้นทางมากขึ้น นอกจากนั้นพบว่าพื้นที่ภาคใต้มีปัญหาการขนส่งสินค้า รวมถึงลักษณะของกิจกรรมหรือรูปแบบ การปฏิบัติงานที่ทำให้การขนส่งต่อเนื่องหลายรูปแบบ การขนส่งทางน้ำเชื่อมโยงการขนส่งทาง ถนน เกิดประสิทธิภาพ และข้อจำกัด อุปสรรค และสิ่งกีดขวาง ที่จะทำให้การนำการขนส่งต่อเนื่อง หลายรูปแบบ การขนส่งทางน้ำเชื่อมโยงการขนส่งทางถนน ไปปฏิบัติงานไม่ประสบผลสำเร็จ อีก ทั้งพบว่าการขนส่งต่อเนื่องหลายรูปแบบเกิดประโยชน์ทั้งด้านสังคม ด้านการจัดการ และด้าน เศรษฐกิจ ผู้วิจัยได้นำผลจากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มาพัฒนาเป็นตารางการคิดต้นทุนค่าขนส่ง ต่อเนื่องหลายรูปแบบ การขนส่งทางน้ำเชื่อมโยงการขนส่งทางถนน โดยตารางการคิดต้นทุน ดังกล่าวประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นจากการขนส่งทางถนน กิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นจากการปฏิบัติงาน ณ ท่าเรือต้นทางและปลายทาง และกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นจากการขนส่งทางน้ำ นอกจากนั้นแล้วผู้วิจัย ยังได้สร้างกลยุทธ์ “MULTIPLE” เป็นกลยุทธ์การบริหารการขนส่งต่อเนื่องหลายรูปแบบ การขนส่ง ทางน้ำเชื่อมโยงการขนส่งทางถนนของผู้ประกอบการขนส่งตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ เพื่อให้การดำเนินการ บรรลุผลสำเร็จ และเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูง โดยประกอบด้วยหลักการดำเนินการจำนวน 8 ด้าน ได้แก่ M–Minimized Trucking Distance U–Unique Operator L–Less Handling T–Two Ways Cargoes I–IT System P–Port Facilities L–Large Delivery Cargoes และ E–Ensured Coastal Scheduling Multimodal Transportation Management Strategy in Southern of Thailand : A Study of Water Transportation Connect to Road Transportation of Container Transporters is to study a potential of existing transportation network, to study its problems, barriers, and any limitations for Southern transportation, and to improve multimodal transportation strategy. A research methodology is introduced by two methods of approach, qualitative and quantitative approach. The quantitative approach leads to a conclusion and forecasting Southern demand on roadway, railway, marine, and air transportation while the qualitative approach leads to research and collect data in order to find Southern supply, problems, and ways to manage multi-modal transportation. This research shows that the Southern transportation volume is increasing. Moreover, Southern transportation supply in Thailand (both marine and road transportation) shows a high potential of marine transportation in eastern area. However, number of service vessel is very less than amount of cargoes. For road transportation,the vehicles served for container will be in account of 10 Wheels truck and over. In addition, road is required to be expanded. Southern transportation problems, plus its activities or operations, lead to unperformed, especially in efficiency, limitation, obstacles, and barriers. On the other hand, multi-modal transportation introduces social benefit, management and economic concern. From this research, the researcher developed the costing table for multimodal transportation, between road and water transportation mode, the costing table covered its related activities all of road transportation, port operation and marine transportation activities. Moreover, the researcher also developed A “MULTIPLE” strategy which would apply to a multimodal transport management, between roadway and marine transportation mode, by containerized transportation entrepreneur in order to achieve the highest transportation efficiency and benefits. Its strategy is included with 8 key successes as M–Minimized Trucking Distance, U–Unique Operator, L–Less Handling, T–Two Ways Cargoes, I–IT System, P–Port Facilities, L–Large Delivery Cargoes, and E–Ensured Coastal Scheduling.
