Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครอง ต่อการจัดการศึกษา ระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 3 ของโรงเรียนเทศบาลสังกัดเทศบาลนครนนทบุรี จังหวัดนนทบุรี จำแนกตามสถานภาพของผู้ปกครอง เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ปกครองของนักเรียน จำนวน 267 คน ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2550 เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามที่มี ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ (t – test), การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – way ANOVA) และการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe’ Method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผู้ปกครองที่ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.30 อายุ ตั้งแต่ 30 – 39 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 44.60 ระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา – ม.3 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.90 อาชีพ รับจ้าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 36.70 รายได้ของผู้ปกครองต่อเดือนไม่เกิน 10,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.20 สถานภาพการสมรส สมรสและอยู่ด้วยกัน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 58.80 2. ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษา ระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 3 ของโรงเรียน เทศบาล สังกัดเทศบาลนครนนทบุรี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนนทบุรี มีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.93 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.46 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้ปกครองมีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดย ด้านบุคลากร มาเป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ด้านกิจการนักเรียน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านธุรการ – การเงิน ด้านวิชาการ และด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน ตามลำดับ 3. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ผู้ปกครองที่มี เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ และสถานภาพการสมรสต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษา ระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 3 ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the expectations of parents of educational management in the third interval of municipal schools under the Nonthaburi City Municipality, Muang District, Nonthaburi Province, classified by status of the parents. It was a survey research, conducted among a sample group of 267 parents of students in the academic year 2007. A questionnaire with .97 reliability was used for data collection. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t – test, One – way ANOVA, and Scheffe’ Method of pair comparison. The findings revealed that : 1. Most of the parents in the sample group or 63.30 % were female, aged between 30 – 39 years old at 44.60 %, and educational level were elementary to secondary education at 53.90 %. Out of all, 36.70 % of those parents were work employees, 68.20 % of those parents had less than Baht 10,000 monthly income and marital status were married and living together at 58.80 %. 2. The parents’ expectations of educational management in the Third Interval of municipal Schools under the Nonthaburi City Municipality, Muang District, Nonthaburi Province, as a whole were at high level (mean 3.93, standard deviation 0.46). When considering by aspects, it was found that the parents had high expectation on every category of educational management. The expectation on personnel came first, followed by students affairs, building maintenance, clerical and financial services, academic and relationship between the school and community respectively. 3. The hypothesis testing as a whole showed that parents with different gender, age, educational level, career income and marital status did not differ on the expectations on educational management.
