Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาผลการดำเนินงานตามโครงการ เสริมความมั่นคงในชนบทที่หมู่บ้านเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี : กรณีศึกษา บ้านลำนางรอง หมู่ที่ 1 และ หมู่ที่ 10 ตำบลลำนางรอง อำเภอโนนดินแดง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ และ ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตตามโครงการเสริมความมั่นคงในชนบทที่หมู่บ้านเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนีโดยกระบวนการรวมพลังสร้างอนาคต ประชากรได้แก่ ประชาชนที่อาศัยในพื้นที่ศึกษาทั้ง 2 หมู่บ้าน จำนวน 1,515 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ร้อยละ 30 ของจำนวนประชากร จำนวน 453 คน ใช้สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบวิธีเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) โดยมุ่งเน้นกลุ่มอาชีพต่าง ๆ ในหมู่บ้าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 2 ลักษณะ คือ แบบเลือกตอบและแบบปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 1.1 ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตด้านร่างกายอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี 1.2 ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตด้านจิตใจอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี 1.3 ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี 1.4 ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปานกลาง 1.5 ภาพรวมระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของกลุ่มตัวอย่างอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี 2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2.1 ปัจจัยด้านผู้นำพบว่า ผู้นำมีความรู้ ความสามารถ สมาชิกในหมู่บ้านให้การยอมรับ 2.2 ปัจจัยด้านสมาชิกพบว่า สมาชิกมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมมากที่สุดคือ ร่วมสละแรงงานในกิจกรรมพัฒนา ส่วนที่มีส่วนร่วมน้อยที่สุดคือ ร่วมในการคิดค้นกิจกรรมและวิธีการทำงานพัฒนาปัจจัยด้านกิจกรรม 2.3 ปัจจัยด้านกิจกรรมพบว่า การดำเนินกิจกรรมของกลุ่มอาชีพ หรือกลุ่มกิจกรรมที่มากที่สุดคือเปิดโอกาสให้แสดงความคิดเห็น รับฟัง และหาข้อสรุป ส่วนกิจกรรมที่มีการดำเนินการน้อยที่สุด คือมีการคิดกิจกรรม โครงการที่จะบรรลุภาพอันพึงประสงค์ ความสามารถดำเนินกิจกรรมของกลุ่มส่วนใหญ่ต้องขอรับการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนจากองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหรือหน่วยงานของรัฐ รองลงมาสามารถดำเนินการได้เองภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบและเป็นแผนปฎิบัติการของหมู่บ้าน และส่วนน้อยต้องพึ่งพาเอกชน 2.4 ปัจจัยด้านเงินทุนพบว่า เงินทุนหมุนเวียนในการดำเนินการในแต่ละกิจกรรมส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับต่ำ คือ ต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาท รองลงมาอยู่ในระดับ 10,000 – 30,000 บาท ส่วนเงินทุนหมุนเวียนมากกว่า 70,000 บาท นั้น พบว่าเป็นกลุ่มออมทรัพย์ซึ่งเป็นการระดมเงินทุนหมุนเวียนในลักษณะทุนเรือนหุ้น เพื่อให้กลุ่มกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ เป็นไปในลักษณะเงินทุนหมุนเวียนเพื่อขยายกิจการ

Abstract: The purposes of this study was to investigate the effects of quality of life life development in the rural village consolidation, an honor awarded to the Royal Highness Mother: The selected village was Ban Lamnangrong Village, number 1 and 10, Lamnangrong Subdistrict, Nondindang District, Buriram Province. The samples of 453 people were selected purpose fully from the total population of 1,515 people. This number of participants was 30 percent of the population. There were 2 different types of the research instruments: Check lists and open – ended questionnaires. The statistics used in data analysis was percentage. The findings of the study were below. 1. Effect of quality of life development. 1.1 Quality of life in physical health was at good level. 1.2 Quality of life in mind was good level. 1.3 Quality of life for social relation was at good level. 1.4 Quality of life for environment was at moderate level. 1.5 As a whole quality of life, the sample was at good level. 2. factors affecting the quality of life. 2.1 factors for the leaders It was found that the leaders had knowledge and ability and the members accepted them. 2.2 Factors for the members. The study found that the member participation most in activities were creating mew activities and developing the factors in activity. 2.3 Factors for activities. The committee gave most of the time for people to express their opinions, listen to the others and an about clued the opinions. The activity that was done least was thinking activities and projects proposed to get rid off undesined image. Most of the people wanted supports from a subdistrict Administration Organization or from a government section. Some activities they could manage by themselves under the responsibilities and they were action plans of the villages. Only few people got help from private section. 2.4 Factors for the capital. It was found that the budgets for each activity were low, lower than 10,000 – 30,000 baht. The activity that had the budget more than 70,000 was saving Group, which they earned more money from share investment. This capital was used on and on for business expanding
