Achievements of the New Theory Agriculture on Development of students quality of life in primary schools under the Jurisdiction of Buriram Provincial Primary Education Commission
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the achievements of the New Theory Agriculture on development of the students quality of life, to compare the achievements of the New Theory Agriculture on development of the students quality of life in the primary schools that arrange different patterns of Agriculture activities, and to study the problems in implementing the New Theory Agriculture in the primary schools. The population were 23 schools under the Jurisdiction of Buriram Provincial Primary Education Commission that implemented the Project of the New Theory Agriculture for Sufficient Economy under the Royal Initiation, 49 administrators, 23 teachers, and 2,347 students. The samples were 6 schools under the Jurisdiction of Buriram Provincial Primary Education Commission that implemented the Project of the New Theory Agriculture for Sufficient Economy under the Royal Initiation, 6 administrators, 6 teachers and 197 students who studied in Junior High school level taking courses in the Group of Future Working Career studies as their selective courses. The total of 209 people. The instruments used for collecting the data were the Sequential Standard Scale : 3S type of questionnaires with the reliability of .8054. The data were analyzed by percentage, mode, standard deviation, Analysis of Variance and the differences between each pair of means were tested by lsd (Least Significant Difference) at the significant different level of .05. The results of the study were : 1. The achievements of the New Theory Agriculture on development of the students quality of life in the primary schools in the opinions of the administrators and teachers concerning the quality of life were at a good level. 2. The achievements of the New Theory Agriculture on development of the students quality of life in the primary schools in the opinions of the students in the opinions of the students concerning the quality of life were at a good level. 3. The achievements of the New Theory Agriculture on development of the students quality of life in the primary schools that arrange different patterns of agricultural activities in the administrators and teachers concerning the students quality of life were not significantly different. 4. The achievements of the New Theory Agriculture on the development of the students quality of life in the primary schools that arrange different patterns of agricultural activities in the opinions of the students concerning the students quality of life were significantly different at .05 level. The schools that arranged the agricultural activities Pattern 1 and Pattern 2, Pattern 1 and Pattern 3, and Pattern 2 and Pattern 3 were significantly different at .05 level. 5. The problems in implementing the New Theory Agriculture in the primary schools in the opinions of the administrators and teachers were at a less level. 6. The problems in implementing the New Theory Agriculture in the primary schools in the opinions of the students were at the least level.
