การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครูสารบรรณที่มีต่อการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์บริหารงานสารบรรณในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครูสารบรรณที่มีต่อการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์บริหารงานสารบรรณในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 จำแนกตามสถานภาพประสบการณ์การทำงาน และระบบการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครูสารบรรณในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2549 จำนวน 300 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.75 สถิติที่ใช้ในการข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที (t-test) วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-wey Analysis of variance)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. สภาพการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์บริหารงานสารบรรณในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 พบว่า โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์เก็บหนังสือมากที่สุด ( = 3.44) รองลงมาได้แก่ด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์รับหนังสือ ( = 3.36) ด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ( = 3.33) และด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ส่งหนังสือ ( = 2.85) ตามลำดับ
2. ปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์บริหารงานสารบรรณในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 โดยภาพรวม พบว่า ปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 2.85) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ส่งหนังสือมากที่สุด ( = 3.08) รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ( = 3.05) ด้านปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์รับหนังสือ ( = 2.73) และด้านปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์เก็บหนังสือ (2.55) ตามลำดับ
3. ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครูสารบรรณที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกันในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์บริหารงานสารบรรรณในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์รับหนังสือ ด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ส่งหนังสือและด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์เก็บหนังสือไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
4. ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครูสารบรรณที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกันในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์บริหารงานสารบรรณในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์รับหนังสือ ปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ส่งหนังสือ และปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์เก็บหนังสือไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
5. ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครูสารบรรณที่มีระบบการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์แตกต่างกันในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์บริหารงานสารบรรณในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีผลต่อการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์รับหนังสือ ด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ส่งหนังสือ และด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์เก็บหนังสือ ส่วนระหว่าง โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่มีผลต่อการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ บริหารงานสารบรรณในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ด้านการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์
6. ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครูสารบรรณที่มีระบบการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์แตกต่างกันในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ด้านปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ระหว่างจานดาวเทียมกับสายโทรศัพท์ มีผลต่อการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์บริหารงานสารบรรณในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ด้านปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ด้านปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์รับหนังสือ และด้านปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ส่งหนังสือ ส่วนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ มีผลต่อปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์บริหารงานสารบรรณในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้น ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ด้านปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์รับหนังสือ ด้านปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายส่งหนังสือ และด้านปัญหาการใช้เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์เก็บหนังสือ
Abstract:
Aims of this research were to examine state and problems of using computer network in document management amongst the Basic School under the Office of Surin Education Service Area 2, and to compare opinions of principals and teachers working in Document Management Section towards using computer network in document management amongst the Basic Schools under the Office of Surin Education Service Area 2. Those opinions were classified by state, working experience and computer network system. As sampling population, there were 300 principals and teachers working in Document Management Section amongst the Basic Schools under the Office of Surin Education Service Area 2, academic year of 2006 (B.E.2549). Tool to crocket data was a questionnaire with its reliability of 0.75. Collected data were then analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-wey analysis variance.
Research findings were found as follows.
1. State of using computer network in document management amongst the Basic Schools under the office of Surin Education Service Area 2, was rated at the middle point in the overall aspect. While the individual aspects were found that the computer network was used in book storage at the most ( = 3.44). The runner-ups of computer using were to collect books ( = 3.36), to use computer network
( = 3.33), and to send books ( = 2.85) respectively.
2. Problems of using computer network in document management amongst the Basic Schools under the Office of Surin Education Service Area2, was rated at the middle point ( = 2.85) in the overall aspect. While the individual aspects were found that the problem of computer network used to send books was rated at the most ( = 3.08). The runner-ups problems were the problem of using computer network ( = 3.05, problem of using computer network to collect books ( = 2.73), and problem of using computer network to store books ( = 2.55) respectively.
3. The principals and teachers working in Document Management Section amongst the Basic Schools under the Office of Surin Education Service Area 2, due to difference in working experience, towards using computer network in document management amongst the Basic Schools, their opinions were not significantly different at 0.05 regarding to using computer network, using computer network to collect books, using computer network to send books and using computer network to store books.
4. The principals and teachers working in Document Management Section amongst the Basic Schools under Office of Surin Education Service Area 2, due to difference in working experience, towards using computer network in document management amongst the Basic Schools, their opinions were not significantly different at 0.05 according to problem of using computer network, problem of using computer network to collect books, problem of using computer network to sent books and problem of using computer network to store books.
5. The principals and teachers working in Document Management Section amongst the Basic Schools under the Office of Surin Education Service Area 2, due to difference in computer network, their opinions-on using computer network in document management amongst the Basic Schools effecting to using computer network- were significantly different at 0.05 according to using computer network, using computer network to collect books, using computer network to send books and using computer network to store books. While the mobile phone effecting to computer network using in document management amongst the Basic Schools, its result was not significantly different at 0.05 such as computer network using.
6. The principals and teachers working in Document Management Section amongst the Basic Schools under the Office of Surin Education Service Area 2, due to difference in computer network, their opinions-on problem of using computer network, problem of using computer network linking satellite receiver and phone line effecting to using computer network in document amongst the Basic Schools-were significantly different at 0.05 according to problem of using computer network, problem of using computer network to collect books, and problem of using computer network to send books. While the mobile phone effecting to computer network using in document management amongst the Basic Schools, its result was also not significantly different at 0.05 according to problem of using computer network to collect books, problem of using computer network to send books and problem of using computer network to store books.
