Affected factors of succession in dual vocational education management in the industrial technician program : a case study of vocational institutions in northeastern region area 6
Abstract:
The purpose of this survey research was to study the affected factors and the intra-relative affected factors of succession in dual vocational education management in the industrial technician program : a case study of vocational institutions in northeastern region area 6. The tool used in data collecting was the 5 proportional ranks questionnaire. The sample groups of this research were 48 educational institution administrators / lecturers, 32 established shop managers/ training controlled technicians, and 480 trained and on- training students in the dual system ; totally 560 persons. Then, the collected data were analyzed determine the Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and easily multi- relative coefficient.
Research Results
1. The affected factors of succession in dual vocational education management in the industrial technician program; a case study of vocational institutions in northeastern region area 6 were mostly in High level ( X= 3.95). When considering in each item, they were all in High level average ranked from high to low ; the personnel (X=4.01), the measurement and evaluation and the supervision and monitoring (X= 4.00), the public relation and the instructional management (X= 3.98), the project operation and the instructional media and building ( X= 3.95), and the curriculum (X=3.93).
2. The intra relative affected factors of succession in dual vocational education management in the industrial technician program : a case study of vocational institutions in northeastern region area 6, were mostly as the statistical significant level at 0.05. When considering in each item, they were all intra- relative as the statistical significant level at 0.05.
