Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสำรวจทัศนะของอาจารย์และนักศึกษาที่มีต่อปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายในวิทยาลัยพลศึกษาในด้านต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านกิจการนักศึกษา ด้านพัฒนาการศึกษาชุมชน และด้านบริหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ อาจารย์จำนวน 253 คน และนักศึกษาจำนวน 377 คน ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที (t-test) เพื่อทดสอบ สมมุติฐานของการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายในวิทยาลัยพลศึกษาทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านกิจการ นักศึกษา ด้านพัฒนาการศึกษาชุมชน และด้านบริหาร ตามทัศนะของอาจารย์อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง 2. ปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายในวิทยาลัยพลศึกษาทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านกิจการ นักศึกษา ด้านพัฒนาการศึกษาชุมชน และด้านบริหาร ตามทัศนะของนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง 3. อาจารย์ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานน้อยกว่า 10 ปี กับอาจารย์ที่มีประสบการณ์ ในการทำงานตั้งแต่ 10 ปีขึ้นไป เห็นว่าปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายในวิทยาลัยพลศึกษา โดยรวมทุกด้าน มีสภาพไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. นักศึกษาระดับต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีกับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี เห็นว่าปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายในวิทยาลัยพลศึกษา โดยรวมทุกด้าน มีสภาพไม่แตกต่างกัน The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of the instructors and the students toward the physical education colleges’ internal environment resources ; the acadamic affair, the activity of the students, the education development of the community, and the administrative aspects. The samples of the study were 253 instructors and 377 students. The two forms of the questionnaires were used to gather data. After that the t-test was analized to test the hypothesis. The findings were as follows: 1. The four aspects of the internal environment resources of the physical education colleges; the academic affair, the activity of students, the education development of the community, and the administrative portion, as perceived by the instructors were moderate. 2. The four aspects of the internal environment resources of the physical education colleges; the academic affair, the activity of students, the education development of the community, and the administrative portion, as perceived by the students were moderate. 3. The instructors whose work time experiences less than ten years and those with more than ten years perceived that the four internal environment resources of the physical education colleges were not significantly different. 4. The students whose education level lower than the under graduation and those in the under graduation perceived that the four internal environment resources of the physical education colleges were not significantly different
