Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาชุดการเรียนแบบเรียนเป็นคู่ในลักษณะการจับคู่ต่างกัน 3 แบบ เรื่องการสร้างเอกสารโดยใช้ลักษณะและแม่แบบเอกสารด้วยโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟท์เวิร์ด วิชาการใช้โปรแกรมชุดสำนักงาน ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูงและ 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง การสร้างเอกสารโดยใช้ลักษณะและแม่แบบเอกสารด้วยโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟท์เวิร์ด วิชาการใช้โปรแกรมชุดสำนักงานของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ระหว่างการเรียนโดยใช้ชุดการเรียนแบบเรียนเป็นคู่ในลักษณะการจับคู่ต่างกัน 3 แบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง แผนกวิชาการบัญชี คณะบริหารธุรกิจ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษานครราชสีมา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2546 รวมทั้งสิ้น 104 คน โดยแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียนแบบเรียนเป็นคู่ ซึ่งมี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นทดลองรายคู่ จำนวน 1 คู่ ขั้นทดลองกลุ่มย่อย จำนวน 3 คู่ และขั้นทดลองภาคสนาม จำนวน12 คู่ รวม 16 คู่ จำนวนรวม 32 คนและกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการทดลอง 3 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มทดลอง 1 จับคู่โดยวิธีการสุ่ม กลุ่มทดลอง 2 จับคู่เก่งกับอ่อน และกลุ่มทดลอง 3 จับคู่ปานกลางกับอ่อน กลุ่มละ 12 คู่ รวม 36 คู่ จำนวนรวม 72 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. ชุดการเรียนแบบเรียนเป็นคู่ที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีประสิทธิภาพ 85.58 / 83.22 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80 / 80 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนโดยใช้ชุดเรียนแบบเรียนเป็นคู่ที่มีลักษณะการจับคู่ต่างกัน 3 แบบ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อทดสอบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของ Scheffe\\\' พบว่า กลุ่มทดลอง ที่จับคู่เก่งกับอ่อนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยแตกต่างกับกลุ่มทดลองที่จับคู่โดยวิธีสุ่มอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยกลุ่มทดลองที่จับคู่เก่งกับอ่อนได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่า และกลุ่มทดลองที่จับคู่เก่งกับอ่อน มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยแตกต่างกับกลุ่มทดลองที่จับคู่ปานกลางกับอ่อนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยกลุ่มทดลองที่จับคู่เก่งกับอ่อนได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่า The purposes of this study were : 1) to develop the learning packages used on style and template in microsoft word program for creating document in office packages and their uses course for vocational education diploma students by using the learning package with three different learning cell formats, and 2) to compare the learning achievement on style and template in microsoft word program for creating document in office packages and their uses course for vocational education diploma students by using the learning package with three different learning cell formats. The sample used in this study were 104 students in diploma in accounting grade of Business Administration Faculty of Nakhon Ratchasima Vocational College, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, in the first semester of 2003 academic year. The subjects were divided into two groups. The first group was used to try-out for the efficiency of the learning packages (32 students) and the second was used as the experimental groups (72 students). The efficiency-try-out process consisted of one pair try-out, small group try-out, and field-try-out. The three experimental groups consisted of the pair by random method group, the pair by strong with weak in computer knowledge group, and the pair by medium with weak in computer knowledge group. Each group consisted of 24 students taught by using the learning package with three different learning cell formats. The instrument used in collecting data was the learning achievement test. The dat were analyzed by computing mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. The results of this study revealed as follows: 1. The efficiency of learning by using the learning package with learning cell format was 85.58 / 83.22, which met the prescribed criterion 80 / 80 level. 2. The learning achievement of the students taught by the learning packages which using the learning package with three different learning cell formats was statistically significantly different at .05 level. When compare in different of average score by Scheffe\\\' method the result shown that the pair of strong in computer knowledge with the pair of weak in computer knowledge group and the pair by random method group was statistically significantly different at .05 level. The average score of the pair between the strong and weak in computer knowledge was higher than other pairs. The average score of the pair between the strong and weak in computer knowledge was statistically significantly and obtained high average score than the pair between the average with the weak in computer knowledge at .05 level.
