Abstract:
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 โดยจำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน ตำแหน่งและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูสายปฏิบัติงานสอน จำนวน 358 ตัวอย่าง และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 157 ตัวอย่าง ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐาน ด้วยค่าที (t-test)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การสร้างแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ ด้านการยอมรับนับถือ ด้านความก้าวหน้า ด้านกายภาพและด้านความสำเร็จในชีวิต และอยู่ระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้านคือ ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ผลการเปรียบเทียบการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 พบว่า ข้าราชการครูเพศชาย และเพศหญิงมีความเห็นโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความเห็นด้วยว่าด้านกายภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนข้าราชการครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานต่ำกว่า 10 ปี และตั้งแต่ 10 ปีขึ้นไป ข้าราชการครูสายปฏิบัติงานการสอนและผู้อำนวยการหรือผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งรักษาการแทน และข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กและขนาดใหญ่ มีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to study and to compare in many different view point on subject of the motivation for work destines in basic school in Surin Educational service area office zone 3 which in separated into categories by sex, working experiences, in position and size of educational. The study which we carries are by example group has been use in this research there are including two main example group the first are government offices such as teachers and lecturer that really get involve in teaching field about 358 part all together and the second group is the board of director which is managing and directing basic school educational there are 157 part. The instruments used for data gathering data was questionnaire with a reliability at 0.96. The statistical method used for data analyzing are percentage, mean, standard deviation and use t-test to test hypothesis that has been drawn out early as a guideline to find out in this study
The results of this research has found that government officers and teachers has satisfaction about the study of the motivation for work destines in basic school in Educational in a higher level. Also considerate as a different direction has found that there are five side line which is characteristic of work particle, be acceptable, advancement, the cause of physically and successful in life. An averages in a middle level which is the responsibility. The result of comparison on a study of the motivation for work destines in basic school in Surin Educational service area office zone 3 has found that the government officers both male and female there are not much differences in theirs pint of view or their opinion that really made no different in statistic record. But when we examine it as a individual case has found that agreeable that physically cause the statistic at 0.05. Where as government officers teacher such as an experienced teachers less than ten years or in some case even more than ten years of practical teaching field and also the board of director, principle or representative and government officers, teacher that teacher that teaching depend on at larger or smaller educational school or institution. There is come to the same conclusion of the study of the motivation for work destines both whole pictures or look at each individually separated are made no significant at all.
