Abstract:
The objective of this research were to investigate levels of operation following the educational administration standards and to compare the operation following the educational administration standards of basic school administrators Roi Et educational service area office who were in schools of different sized and had different years of
experience in their administrative positions. The sample for this research consisted of 335
basic school administrators. The instrument used for gathering data was a 60-item rating-scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.92. The statistics used for analyzing data were
mean and standard deviation, and an was f-test (one-way ANOVA) employed for testing
hypotheses.
The results of the research were as follows : for the levels of operation following
the educational administration standards as a whole, the operation following the standards was at a high level (X = 3.76) when each standard was considered, it was found that the
operation following the standard was also at a high level in every standard. As for in stance first standard (X = 3.75) second standard (X = 3.64) third standard (X = 3.80) fourth
standard (X = 3.88) and fifth standard (X = 3.69). In comparing the operation following the
educational administration standard, the following were found : for operation following the
educational administration standards who in schools of different sizes, the operation following the educational administration standards did not indicate differences. For operation following the educational standards who had different years of experience in the administrative position, the operation following the educational administration standards indicated differences at the 0.05 level of statistical significance. The was, administrators with more years of experience in their administrative positions had greater mean in operation following the educational institution administration.
