Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ระดับความผูกพันต่อภาควิชาของอาจารย์พยาบาล ระดับการใช้อำนาจของหัวหน้าภาควิชาตามความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์พยาบาล เปรียบเทียบความผูกพันต่อภาควิชาของอาจารย์พยาบาล และเปรียบเทียบการใช้อำนาจของหัวหน้าภาควิชาตามความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์พยาบาลจำแนกตามอายุ วุฒิการศึกษา ระยะเวลาทำงานในภาควิชา และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความผูกพันต่อภาควิชากับการใช้อำนาจของหัวหน้าวิชาตามความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์พยาบาล ประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษาคืออาจารย์พยาบาลจำนวน 113 คน ในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลจำนวน 4 แห่ง ได้แก่ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลศรีสารคาม วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี นครราชสีมา วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี นครพนม และวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี อุดรธานี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมานค่าจำนวน 1 ชุดแบ่งเป็น 3 ตอนคือตอนที่ 1 สถานภาพส่วนบุคคล ตอนที่ 2 ความผูกพันต่อภาควิชา ตอนที่ 3 ความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้อำนาจของหัวหน้าภาควิชา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า อาจารย์พยาบาลมีความผูกพันต่อภาควิชาและมีความคิดเห็นว่าหัวหน้าภาควิชาใช้อำนาจในระดับมาก อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีอายุ วุฒิการศึกษาแตกต่างกันมีความผูกพันต่อภาควิชาไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีระยะเวลาทำงานในภาควิชาแตกต่างกันมีความผูกพันต่อภาควิชาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มี อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา ระยะเวลาทำงานในภาควิชาแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้อำนาจของหัวหน้าภาควิชาไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 และความผูกพันต่อภาควิชาของอาจารย์พยาบาลมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการใช้อำนาจของหัวหน้าภาควิชาตามความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์พยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ นัยสำคัญ .01 เนื่องจากผลการวิจัยพบว่าความผูกพันต่อภาควิชามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการใช้อำนาจของหัวหน้าภาควิชาตามความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์พยาบาล ดังนั้น ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าภาควิชา และผู้เกี่ยวข้องควรใช้อำนาจทุกๆด้านให้มากขึ้น ความผูกพันต่อภาควิชาของอาจารย์พยาบาลจะเพิ่มขึ้นตามไปด้วย The purposes of this research were as follows : To study the level of the department commitment of the instructors and power exercise of the department heads as perceived by the instructors, to compare the department commitment and power exercise of the department heads as perceived by the instructors in accordance with their age, education, working experience in the department and to find the relationship between the department commitment and powers exercise of the department heads as perceived by the instructors. The population were 113 instructors at Srisarakam College of Nursing, Boromrajonani College of Nursing Nakornratchasima, Boromrajonani College of Nursing Nakornpanom and Boromrajonani College of Nursing Udorntanee . The research instrument for data gathering was rating scale questionnaire consisted of 3 parts : Personal factors, The department commitment and the powers exercise of the department heads as perceived by the instructors. Mean, standard deviation, t-test and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation were employed in data analysis. The research findings were : The level of the department commitment and powers exercise of the department heads as perceived by the instructors were high. There were significantly different at .05 level in the department commitment of the instructors with in working experience in the department but not significantly different at .05 level with in age and education. The instructors with different age, education and working experience in department were not significantly different at .05 level. The department commitment of the instructors were positively correlated with the powers exercise of the department heads as perceived by the instructors significantly different at .01 level. According to the research findings that the department commitment of the instructors were positively correlated with the powers exercise of the department heads as perceived by the instructors ; thus, the administrators, the department heads and everyone who concern should be increase power exercising, so that the department commitment of the instructors will be increasing, too.
