Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร-ครูที่มีต่อการตรวจสอบคุณภาพโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 เพื่อการรับรองมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษาตามเกณฑ์และตัวชี้คุณภาพ (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร-ครูที่มีต่อการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ ตามเกณฑ์และตัวชี้คุณภาพ (3 องค์ประกอบและ 7 ปัจจัย) ของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียน คุณวุฒิทางการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 จำนวน 20 โรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด 20 คน ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารเลือกแบบเจาะจง 80 คน รวม 100 คน และครู 165 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายจำแนกตามจังหวัด เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อการตรวจสอบคุณภาพโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาจากคู่มือปฏิบัติงาตรวจสอบคุณภาพ และการรับรองมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษา ของโรงเรียนเอกชนของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS 11.0 for Window สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ (percent) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) การทดสอบความแตกต่างต่างใช้ค่าสถิติที (t-test) และทดสอบความแปรปรวน (ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูมีความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ผู้บริหารและครูมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ผู้บริหารและครูที่มีตำแหน่งหน้าที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อการตรวจสอบคุณภาพต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในปัจจัยการจัดการ การบริหาร ส่วนผู้บริหารและครูที่มีคุณวุฒิทางการศึกษาแตกต่างกันและมีประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ ตามองค์ประกอบและปัจจัยไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 The purpose of this research were to 1) study the levels of the administrators and the teachers’ opinions towards the private vocational schools’ quality audit implementation in the Educational Region 1 for the accreditation of educational quality standards, according to the criteria and key performance indexes, and (2) compare the administrators and the teachers’ opinions towards the audit on the three components and the seven-factors, regarding to their position, educational qualification, and school work experience. The 265 samples were composed of 20 school administrators, 80 administrators assistant, and 165 teachers, selected by mean of a simple random method from 20 private vocational school located in the Educational Region 1. the research instrument was a constructed questionnaire based on the Quality Audit and Accreditation Manual for private schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission. The data were analyzed for percentage, mean (X), standard deviation (S.D.), one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and t-test, by using a computer program, SPSS 11.0 for Windows. The research findings revealed the administrators and the teachers’ opinions towards the private vocational schools’ quality audit implementation in the Educational Region 1 for the accreditation of educational quality standard were at a high levels. For the comparison of the opinions, the administrators and the teachers’ who had different position factors. However, the administrators and the teachers who had different in educational qualification and work experiences had no significantly different opinions at .05 levels toward the quality audits for accreditation of the private vocational schools in the Educational Region 1.
