Abstract:
To study the opinions on using information and communications technology of administrators and teachers of the leading schools using technology for learning, and to study the selected factors to identify predictor variables in the opinions on using information and communications technology of administrators and teachers of the leading schools using technologies for learning. The results were as follows 1. There were statistically significant positive relationships at .05 level affected the opinions characteristics and 29 selected variables from teachers. The first three characteristics were 1) training 2) development and 3) using Microsoft Access of management in school. There was significant negative relationships at .05 level affected the opinions characteristics 1 selected variable from teachers was speed in connecting to internet 28.8 Kbps. 2.There were statistically significant positive relationships at .05 level affected the opinions characteristics and 3 selected variables from administrators. The characteristics were 1) image of school 2) reward and 3) School-Base management. 3. In multiple regression analysis at .05 level with enter method from teachers, there were 10 variables affected the opinions characteristics. These 10 predictor variables together were account for 64.5% of the variance. 4. In multiple regression analysis at .05 level with enter method from administrators, there were 2 variables affected the opinions characteristics. These 2 predictor variables together were account for 82.3% of the variance. 5. In multiple regression analysis at .05 level with stepwise method from teachers, there were 10 variables affected the opinions characteristics. These 10 predictor variables together were able to account for 52.0% of the variance. 6. In multiple regression analysis at .05 level with stepwise method from administrators, there were 2 variables affected the opinions characteristics. These 2 predictor variables together were able to account for 79.4% of the variance.
