Abstract:
The Effect of Entrepreneurial and Strategic Orientation on Innovativeness and Performance: The Empirical Study of the Listed Companies in the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial and strategic orientation on innovativeness and performance of the listed 63 companies in the Market for Alternative Investment (mai). Structural equation modeling techniques (SEM) was used to develop a model, inspect consistency between model and empirical data and study the effects of factors. The study result revealed the executive entrepreneurial orientation and the organization strategic orientation have direct effects on the organization nnovativeness. They also have statistically significant direct and indirect effects on the organization performance. (Chi-square = 92.14, df = 69, p = 0.53288, RMSEA = 0.075, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.98) This means that the importance of focusing on the executive entrepreneurial orientation and the organization strategic orientation will lead to increase the organization innovativeness and performance.
