Abstract:
This independent study is aimed of investigating teamwork behavior of staff of True Corporation Public Company Limited in south Region and the obstacles of working in teams. The data was collected from a set of 125 questionnaires. The data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, T test, F test and correlation coefficient test.
The results are:
1. Difference in age, division of True Corporation Co., Ltd. (Public) staff is related to teamwork's behavior.
2. The overview of teamwork behavior was averaged at the high level. The working process was ranked the highest, followed by the target aim, staff's role, personal relationship. Leadership role was ranked the lowest of the five aspects.
3. The obstacle factors for teamwork: human factor, process factor, communication factor, and organization factor were related in opposite direction to teamwork behavior with the statistical significance at 0.01 level.
