Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา หลักสูตรอุตสาหกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต (อส.บ.) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี และเปรียบเทียบ ความต้องการคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรอุตสาหกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต (อส.บ.) จำ แนกตามประเภทของสถานประกอบการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ประกอบการในเขตจังหวัดระยอง จันทบุรี ตราด จำนวน 205 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบ แบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.85 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบทีแบบ อิสระ (Independent t – test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรอุตสาหกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรม พบว่า หลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรี 4 วิชาเอกเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรม การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ มีความต้องการสูงสุด วิชาเอกที่มีความต้องการรองลงมาเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ เทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมการยางและโพลิเมอร์ เทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมอิเล็คทรอนิคส์และคอมพิวเตอร์ และเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมการจัดการธุรกิจอาคารสูง และหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรีต่อเนื่อง วิชาเอก เทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าอุตสาหกรรมสูงสุด รองลงมา 3 อันดับแรกเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ คือ วิชาเอกเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม วิชาเอกเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมการผลิต และ วิชาเอกเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมอิเล็คทรอนิคส์ ส่วนวิชาเอกที่มีความต้องการเป็นอันดับสุดท้ายคือ วิชาเอกเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมการก่อสร้าง 2) ความต้องการคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา หลักสูตรอุตสาหกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต (อส.บ.) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในภาพรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้านพบว่า ด้านความรู้และความเข้าใจทางวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับมาก รายการที่มีความต้องการสูงสุด คือ มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรม รองลงมา คือ มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศ ด้านความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก รายการที่มีความต้องการสูงสุด คือ มีความสามารถในด้านวิเคราะห์ปัญหาอุปสรรค

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study the needs and characteristics of industrial graduated student in bachelor degree at RamBhai Barni Rajabhat University and to compare characteristics in each of industrial entrepreneurship type. The samples were 205 entrepreneurs in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat provinces which selected by stratified random sampling. Research instrument applied in this study was a questionnaire, construct by researcher which had Cronbach alpha reliability 0.85. The data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard diviation and independent t-test. Research findings were as follows :1) The needs of industrial graduated in Engineer Technology were : Bachelor degree (4 years) : Logistics Engineer Technology graduated students was highest. The others degrees are Rubber and Polymer Technology, Electronic and Computer Technology and Management Business highest Technology. Bachelor degree (continued 2 years) : Electric Engineer Technology was highest. The others degrees are Management Industrial Technology, Production Technology, Technology Electronic and Building Technology. 2) The need of characteristics of industrial graduated student in bachelor degree at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University were high level in total when considered in each aspect were : the knowledge and comprehensive in academic aspect were high level when considered in each item were computer program knowledge and foreign language, respectively; the practical ability aspect were high level when considered in each item were the ability of analyst and problem solving, and the skill job learning, respectively; the personality aspect were high level when considered in each item were enthusiasm in responsible job and human relationship, respectively; and the attitude and values aspect were high level when considered in each item were the loyalty and the optimism in their own profession, respectively. 3)The comparison of characteristics in each type of industrial graduated students in Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University both total and each aspect were not significantly at .05 level.
