Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปรับตัวของพนักงานธนาคารกรุงเทพ จํากัด (มหาชน) ที่มีต่อการเข้ามาของระบบธุรกรรมการเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (กรณีศึกษา: พนักงานธนาคารกรุงเทพกลุ่มสาขาในพัทยา) โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือพนักงานธนาคารกรุงเทพในเขตเมืองพัทยา ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 118 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พนักงานมีการปรับตัวในการทํางานรูปแบบธุรกรรมการเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มากขึ้น ซึ่งมีส่วนน้อยที่ยังมีการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมในระบบการทํางาน ด้านการปรับตัวในด้านร่างกาย พบว่า พนักงานธนาคารกรุงเทพทุกคนมีการแบ่งแบ่งเวลาในการพักผ่อนและออกกําลังกายมากขึ้น เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงในการทําธุรกรรม การเงินอันเป็นผลดีต่อไปกับการปฏิบัติงานเป็นระยะเวลายาว (x = 3.55) ด้านการปรับตัวด้านอัตมโนทัศน์ พบว่า พนักงานทุกคนมีการเรียนรู้และยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของระบบธุรกรรมการเงินในอนาคตเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการในปัจจุบัน ไม่นําปัญหาส่วนตัวเข้ามายุ่งเกี่ยวกับการทํางานระหว่างวัน (x = 3.63) ด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ พบว่า พนักงานมีการเรียนรู้และฝึกอบรมการทํางานอยู่เสมอ เข้าใจในบทบาทการทํางานของตนเองไม่ยุ่งเกี่ยวสิ่งอื่นเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตราฐานขององค์กร (x = 3.74)และด้านพึ่งพาระหว่างกันและกัน พบว่า พนักงานทุกคน ใส่ใจในรายละเอียดของเพื่อนร่วมงานมากขึ้น และให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจของระบบงานใหม่อยู่เสมอทํางานเป็นทีม ส่งผลให้การทํางานมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดผลสําเร็จสูงสุด (x = 3.92) และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการปรับตัวของพนักงานธนาคารกรุงเทพ จํากัด (มหาชน) พบว่า ปัจจัยทางเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ การศึกษา รายได้ และตําแหน่ง ไม่มีผลต่อการปรับตัวของพนักงานธนาคารกรุงเทพ จํากัด (มหาชน) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ การเข้ามาของระบบธุรกรรมการเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เป็นการพัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็วซึ่งส่งผลให้การทํางานจะต้องมีการปรับเปลี่ยนไปในทิศทางที่แตกต่างจากเดิม ซึ่งธุรกรรมการเงิน อิเล็กทรอนิกส์จะเป็นการเปิดการมุ่มมองของธนาคารในอนาคต เพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงการใช้ชีวิตทางการเงินให้มีความทันสมัยและก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีเพื่อตอบโจทย์การใช้ชีวิตของคนในปัจจุบัน ทําให้ธนาคารกรุงเทพมีการจัดการฝึกอบรมพนักงานให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบการทํางานรูปแบบใหม่อยู่ตลอดเวลา ให้คําแนะนํา กับประชาชนในการใช้งานระบบธุรกรรมการเงินเพื่ออํานวยความสะดวกในการใช้งาน ตลอดจนสิทธิประโยชน์ของประชาชนที่ใช้บริการกับทางธนาคารกรุงเทพ จํากัด (มหาชน)

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the adaptation of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited employees towards the introduction of electronic financial transactions, Case study: Bangkok Bank employees in Pattaya Branch. The study is quantitative research. The population of research are the employees of Bangkok Bank in Pattaya city area. The instrument of research is the questionnaire with analyze by the descriptive statistics. The results of research indicate that the employees are more adaptable to work in electronic financial transactions. There are a few who are also learning more in the system. Physical Adaptations: all of Bangkok Bank employees have more time to relax and exercise in order to reduce the risk of financial transactions with longer operating time (x = 3.55). Self-adaptation founds that all employees are learning and accepting changes in the financial transaction system in the future to respond the current needs, not to interfere with personal work during the day (x = 3.63). The roles that employees have to learn and train for working, to understand their roles, not to interfere with other things in order to the standards of the organization (x = 3.74). Interacting with each other, all employees pay close attention to the details of their colleagues and give them for the knowledge and understanding of the new system, working as a team for the resulting in maximum efficiency and successful (x = 3.92). The factors which are affecting to the adaptation of Bangkok Bank employees, found sex, age, status, education, income and position do not affect to the adaptation of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited employees. Problems and Suggestions The entry into the electronic financial transactions system is rapidly evolving, that affecting in a change in direction. Electronic financial transactions will open up the vision of bank in future. To change the financial life to modern and advanced technology and respond the current life of people. Bangkok Bank has trained staff to be knowledgeable in the new system at all times. For advises people on the use of financial transactions to facilitate their use. As well as the benefits of people using the service with Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited.
