Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์มัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง การแก้ปัญหา ในการล้างฟิล์มและอัดขยายภาพ ขาว - ดำ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาธนบุรี เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพของบทเรียน ประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ และประเมินความ พึงพอใจ เมื่อเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อมัลติมีเดีย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการการทดลองเป็นนักเรียนระดับ ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ แผนกเทคโนโลยีการถ่ายภาพและวีดิทัศน์ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาธนบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2552 ได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายจำนวน 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย สื่อมัลติมีเดีย ที่สร้างขึ้น แบบประเมินคุณภาพ แบบประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบประเมินความ พึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์มัลติมีเดีย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สื่อมัลติมีเดียที่สร้างขึ้น มีคุณภาพอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี (X = 4.05) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงขึ้น เมื่อนำผลต่างระหว่างการทดสอบ หลังเรียน และก่อนเรียนหาค่าความแตกต่างโดยใช้ t -test ค่า t ที่ได้จากการคำนวณ คือ 19.17 ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่านักเรียนมีผลการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์มัลติมีเดีย อยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมาก คะแนนทุกด้านเฉลี่ยรวมได้ค่าเฉลี่ย (X = 4.35) ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่กำหนด แสดงว่าบทเรียน นี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอนได้จริง

Abstract: This research aimed to construct the computer multimedia instructional package on entitled "Problem Solving in Developing, Photogravure, and Photo Enlargement of Black and White Film" for vocational diploma students at the department of Photography and Video Technology, Thonburi Vocational College, to evaluate quality of the multimedia, to evaluate the learning achievement after using the multimedia, and to evaluate students' satisfaction towards multimedia. The sampling group in this study was chosen through simple random sampling method consisted of 35 vocational diploma students at the Department of Photography and Video Technology, Thonburi Vocational College in the academic year 2009. The tools used in this study consisted of the constructed multimedia, the evaluation forms of the multimedia's quality, the evaluation forms of learning achievement, and the evaluation forms of students' satisfaction on instructional multimedia. The research results revealed that the quality of the constructed multimedia was at a "good" criterion ( X = 4.05). The learning achievement increased when the results from the pretest and the posttest were compared through t-test, the t value from the calculation was 19.17. It meant the students had higher learning achievement at the statistical significance level of 0.01 in accordance with the hypothesis. Moreover, the result of the evaluation of students' satisfaction on multimedia was at a "high" level (X = 4.35). Therefore, this instructional multimedia can be used in teaching practically.
