The Current State Of Internal Quality Assurance Performance Of Small-Sized Schools Under The Office Of Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 5
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study and compare internal quality assurance performance of small-sized schools under the Office of Ubonratchatani Educational Service Area 5 as perceived by school administrators and teachers, classified by position, education level, and experience. The samples consisted 52 school administrators and 178 teachers in small-sized schools under the Office of Ubonratchatani Educational Service Area 5, by simple random sampling. A questionnaire with a reliability of 0.77 was used to collect data. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test.
The results showed that
1. The operation on the internal quality assurance of the small-sized schools under the Office of Ubonratchatani Educational Service Area 5 as perceived by school personnel was at a high level in every aspect, as follows: planning, implementation following the plan, monitoring evaluation, and improvement, respectively.
2. Position, education level, and experience had no influence on the respondents perception concerning the internal quality assurance of the small-sized schools under the Ubonratchatani Educational Service Area 5.
