Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนต่อสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา แผนกศึกษาแขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนต่อสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ขนาดของโรงเรียน และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาแผนกศึกษาแขวงจำปาสักแห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาประจำแขวงจำปาสัก จำนวน
86 โรงเรียน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหาร 86 คน และครูผู้สอน 308 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 394 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้เกณฑ์ตาม ตาราง Krejcie and Morgan และได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t และการทดสอบค่า F
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา แผนกศึกษาแขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา แผนกศึกษาแขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย
3. ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาแผนกศึกษาแขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
4. ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา แผนกศึกษาแขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
5. ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา แผนกศึกษาแขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
6. ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหา

โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน
7. ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา แผนกศึกษาแขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว
โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
8. ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการบริหารงานโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา แผนกศึกษาแขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน
The puposes of this study were (1) to study the state and problems of secondary school management in schools under the jurisdiction of the Departmnt of Education, Champasak Province, Peoples Democratic Republic of Laos as perceived by teachers and school administrators, (2) to compare the administrators and teachers opinions regarding the state and the problems of secondary school management as they were classified according to their positions, length of service, and school sizes, and (3) to find ways of problem solving in the secondary school management of the schools in Champasak Province, Peoples Democratic Republic of Laos.
The sample group consisted of 86 school administrators and 08 teachers from 86 schools in Champasak Province, selected by means of the straified random sampling using Krejcie and Morgan Table to determine the sample size. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a five-level Likert scale, which yielded the reliability value of .95. The data were analyzed using percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The administrators and the teachers perceived the performance on the overall educational management in the secondary schools in Champasak Province as being at a high level.
2. The administrators and the teachers perceived the problems on the overall and individual aspects of the secondary school management in the schools in Champasak Province as being a low level.
3. There was no significant difference in the opinions between the administrators and the teachers regarding the secondary school management in the schllo in Champasak Province.
4. There was no significant difference in the opinions between the administrators
and the teachers regarding the problems of the secondary school management in the schools in Champasak Province.
5. There was no significant difference in the opinions of the administrators and teachers whose lengths of service were different regarding the stat of the overall secondary school management in the schools in Champasak Province.
6. There was significant difference, at the level of .01, in the opinion of the administrators and teachers whose kengths of service were different regarding the problems of the overall secondary school management in the schools in Champasak Province.
7. There was no significant difference in the opinions of the administrators and teachers whose schools were different in size regarding the state of the overall seconsary school management in the schools in Champasak Province.
8. There was difference in the opinions of the administrators and teachers whoseschools were different in size regarding the problems of the overall seconary school management in the schools in Champasak Province.
