The Development Path and Prospects of International Chinese Education

Abstract: The purposes of the research were to analyze the development path of international Chinese education and the problems existing in international Chinese education, propose strategies based on the problems, and explore the development prospects of international Chinese education. This research used the development path and existing problems of international Chinese education as the research object, then analyzed 178 documents related to the international Chinese education path and 128 document related to the existing problems of international Chinese education from May 15, 2007, to June 25, 2023. This research used a systematic literature analysis method to analyze, summarize, and classify the problems of international Chinese education in the relevant literature retrieved. The results were found that tree problems in international Chinese education were the general problem, individual problem, and epidemic crisis. The first problem was the overall development of international Chinese education under the "One Belt and One Road", the individual problem included teachers, talent training, employment, and internships while the epidemic issue included online teaching and epidemic problems.
