Abstract:
This research aimed to investigate the factors of academic leadership of school administrators and to verify the consistency of the developed model related to factors of academic leadership of school administrators under Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample were 400 participants, including 33 school administrators and 367 teachers in schools under Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in academic year of 2022.
The instrument was a 51 items questionnaire of academic leadership of school administrators with a reliability of 0.975. The data were analyzed by using the software program.
The research findings revealed the following:
1. Factors of academic leadership of school administrators under Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 comprised of 5 factors and 15 indicators, when considered the factors in descending order; 1) supervision and following up, vision, 2) mission and goals of learning, 3) teacher development, 4) curriculum management and 5) atmosphere development and learning culture respectively.
2. The results of consistency analysis related to the model of factors for academic leadership of school administrators under Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 indicated that there was correlated with Chi-Square (𝑥2) was 98.65, df was 76, 𝑥2/df was 1.18, p was 0.14, Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) was 0.97, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) was 0.95 and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) was 0.02, all indicating a strong fit between the model and the data.
