Abstract:
This research aimed to study the characteristics of Compare features and study guidelines for developing desirable characteristics of educational institution administrators in the digital era. Under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Elementary Education Service Area 1, the research sample consisting of 457 school administrators and teachers was obtained by determining the sample size of Craigie and Morgan by random sampling. Accessible the tools used in this research were questionnaires and interview forms, and the total confidence value was .97. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test
The results were as follows:
