Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about significant disruptions to daily life, including emotional turmoil and economic hardships. However, it has also presented opportunities for growth and innovation in specific sectors, with the real estate industry being one such beneficiary. This study provides an overview of the business opportunities presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, which accelerated the digital transformation of the real estate industry, forcing businesses to shift their operations online. This paper explores the different approaches to digitalization, including the use of cloud-based technology, CRM software, virtual property tours, online transaction platforms, and big data analytics. The increased need for these emerging technologies has created opportunities for real estate startups to launch innovative platforms and solutions to address the challenges posed by the pandemic while offering an interactive and engaging customer experience. This research study also explores the relationship between the Chinese property market and the real estate industry in Thailand, bringing to light the potential advantages of cross-border e-commerce and how it can assist real estate startups in tapping into the lucrative Chinese property market.

การระบาดใหญ่ของโควิด-19 ได้ก่อให้เกิดการหยุดชะงักอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อชีวิตประจำวัน รวมถึงความแปรปรวนทางอารมณ์และความยากลำบากทางเศรษฐกิจ อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังนำเสนอโอกาสในการเติบโตและนวัตกรรมในภาคส่วนเฉพาะ โดยอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ถือเป็นหนึ่งในผู้ได้รับผลประโยชน์ดังกล่าว การศึกษานี้ให้ภาพรวมของโอกาสทางธุรกิจที่เกิดจากการระบาดใหญ่ของโควิด-19 ซึ่งเร่งให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางดิจิทัลของอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ส่งผลให้ธุรกิจต่างๆ ต้องเปลี่ยนการดำเนินงานทางออนไลน์ การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ได้สำรวจแนวทางต่างๆ ในการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ดิจิทัล รวมถึงการใช้เทคโนโลยีบนคลาวด์ ซอฟต์แวร์ CRM ทัวร์อสังหาริมทรัพย์เสมือน แพลตฟอร์มธุรกรรมออนไลน์ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ ความต้องการเทคโนโลยีเกิดใหม่ที่เพิ่มขึ้นเหล่านี้ได้สร้างโอกาสสำหรับสตาร์ทอัพด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในการเปิดตัวแพลตฟอร์มและโซลูชันที่เป็นนวัตกรรม เพื่อรับมือกับความท้าทายที่เกิดจากการแพร่ระบาด ในขณะเดียวกันยังมอบประสบการณ์เชิงโต้ตอบและการมีส่วนร่วมแก่ลูกค้า การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ ยังสำรวจความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของจีนและอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในประเทศไทย โดยนำเสนอข้อได้เปรียบที่เป็นไปได้ของอีคอมเมิร์ซข้ามพรมแดน และวิธีที่จะสามารถช่วยเหลือสตาร์ทอัพด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในการรุกเข้าสู่ตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของจีนที่ร่ำรวย
