Abstract:
The purposes of this study were: 1) to explore the personal factors of dessert. café, After You, Pathum Wan Bangkok; 2) to study behavior of buying decisions of dessert café, After You, Pathum Wan Bangkok ; 3) to study decisions of dessert café, After You, Pathum Wan Bangkok. Sampling consisted of 400 consumers by random purposive sampling. The data collection tools were questionnaires. Statistics analyze were descriptive statistic and hypothesis testing by Chi-square.
The research found that: The most samples were female, age 20-30 years old, single, worked at private company, undergraduate, income over 30,000 Baht. The most dessert was bing-su, and the reasons buying the dessert was the flavor. The frequency of dessert consumption was 1-2 times per month. The expense of buying dessert was 101-200 Baht per time. The hypothesis testing found that the personal factors and buying dessert behavior related to decisions of dessert café, After You, Pathum Wan Bangkok.
