Abstract:
These are the main purposes of this research; 1) to study and analyze the condition of the problem, the necessity and theoretical concepts on the process of developing Subconscious Trainers according to modern science; 2) to study and analyze the Buddhist peaceful means that are conducive to the development of the process of developing the Subconscious Trainers; 3) to develop and present a model for the development of Subconscious Trainers by Buddhist peaceful means. the research and development (R&D) method was applied to this research.
From the study, the following results are found:
1) The problem state of the Subconscious Trainers was found that the Trainers lacked of knowledge, Characteristics, Skills, Subconscious mind, and Integrations. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the subconscious mind of trainers through Buddhist peaceful means, according to the problems there are many changes in society and the policy which toward Sustainable Goals through theoretical concepts about the development of trainers, process, communication, psychology, coaching, peaceful methods, and the subconscious mind to support the development.
2) The principle of Buddhist peaceful means that facilitates the development of subconscious trainers by Buddhist peaceful means, has found that the development of subconscious trainers requires the development of characteristics of subconscious trainers to be those who have inner peace, according to Buddhist peaceful methods from the development process through the 4 foundations of mindfulness which consists of learning the body, learning the feelings, learning the minds, and learning the Dhamma. The characteristics of subconscious trainers must be based on a good friend and the result is expressed in the 4 principles of development which consist of physical aspects, behavioral aspects, mental aspects, and intellectual aspects of being a subconscious trainer.
3) The process of developing subconscious trainers through Buddhist peaceful means aims to develop 6 areas, which consist of prototype trainers, subconscious, powerful communication, inner peace, Buddhist peaceful means, and happiness, and success the researcher discovered the M A C S U K Model 1) Mindfulness as the base 2) Attitude towards being a subconscious trainer 3) Communication Powerful by the subconscious mind 4) Skills of Coaching 5) Understanding of the deep subconscious mind 6) Knowledge about the subconscious trainer by being a trainer on the subconscious mind through Buddhist peaceful means, one must "Know oneself, See oneself, Calm oneself, Mind oneself".
