Abstract:
This dissertation Objectives 1) to study the current condition desirable condition and the necessary needs of teachers' academic administration 2) To develop a model of academic administration according to the 4 Noble Truths for teachers under Samut Prakan Primary Education Service Area Office, Region 2 3) to present a model of academic administration according to The Four Noble Truths for teachers under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 uses an integrated research process. There are 3 research steps as follows: Step 1: The condition of learning management of the Child Development Center. under the local government organization A questionnaire was used for a sample group of 242 teachers and child caregivers. The data were analyzed by statistical methods, i.e. percentage, mean, standard deviation. Needed Value Step 2 Develop a model by interviewing 10 key informants/person. Data were analyzed by content analysis. And the third step was to present the model with a discussion group of 9 experts/person. Data were analyzed by content analysis.
The results of the study found that:
1. The current state and the state of reliance on the teacher's academic administration Under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 2, in general, it was at a high level. and the necessity of teacher's academic administration Under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 2, overall, there is a need for every step of the PNI Modified range between 0.259 0.215. The Four Noble Truths are the four noble principles of Buddha Dharma, namely 1) Suffering (Dukkhasacca) 2) Samudaya (Samudaya Saccha)
3) Nirodha (Nirodhasacca) 4) Magga (Magkhasacca).
3. Academic administration model according to the 4 Noble Truths for teachers under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consists of five main components: 1) Principles 2) Objectives 3) Operation methods
4) Academic administration according to the principles The 4 Noble Truths 5) Assessment found that it is appropriate and feasible to apply the model.
