Abstract: ดุษฎีนิพนธ์เรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอริยสัจ 4 สำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 3) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอริยสัจ 4 สำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ใช้กระบวนการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 สภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ใช้แบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ครูและผู้ดูแลเด็ก จำนวน 242 คน ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความต้องการจำเป็น ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 10 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และขั้นตอนที่ 3 นำเสนอรูปแบบ ด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 9 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึ่งประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก และความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ในภาพรวม มีความต้องการจำเป็นทุกขั้นตอน PNIModified อยู่ระหว่าง 0.259 – 0.215 โดยภาพรวม PNIModified = 0.193 2. การรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอริยสัจ 4 สำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 เป็นการนำหลักพุทธธรรมมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารสถานศึกษาอันเป็นแนวทางให้สถานศึกษาเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารงานวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย 1) การบริหารงานวิชาการ เป็นการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยมีการจัดกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวกับการปรับปรุงพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนให้ได้ผลดี และมีประสิทธิภาพให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดกับผู้เรียนแบ่งเป็น 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน การพัฒนาและใช้สื่อการสอน การวัดประเมินผล 2) การบูรณาการตามหลักอริยสัจ 4 เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดยหลักอริยสัจ 4 เป็นหลักพุทธธรรมอย่างประเสริฐ 4 อย่าง ได้แก่ 1) ทุกข์ (ทุกขสัจจะ) 2) สมุทัย (สมุทัยสัจจะ) 3) นิโรธ (นิโรธสัจจะ) 4) มรรค (มัคคสัจจะ) 3. รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอริยสัจ 4 สำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบหลัก 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) วิธีดำเนินการ 4) การบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอริยสัจ 4 5) การประเมินผล พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ โดยมีองค์ความรู้จากการวิจัย คือ POME MODEL ได้แก่ P = Progress (ความก้าวหน้า) O = Operation (ดำเนินการ) M = Meterials (วัสดุ) E = Evalution (ประเมิน)

Abstract: This dissertation Objectives 1) to study the current condition desirable condition and the necessary needs of teachers' academic administration 2) To develop a model of academic administration according to the 4 Noble Truths for teachers under Samut Prakan Primary Education Service Area Office, Region 2 3) to present a model of academic administration according to The Four Noble Truths for teachers under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 uses an integrated research process. There are 3 research steps as follows: Step 1: The condition of learning management of the Child Development Center. under the local government organization A questionnaire was used for a sample group of 242 teachers and child caregivers. The data were analyzed by statistical methods, i.e. percentage, mean, standard deviation. Needed Value Step 2 Develop a model by interviewing 10 key informants/person. Data were analyzed by content analysis. And the third step was to present the model with a discussion group of 9 experts/person. Data were analyzed by content analysis. The results of the study found that: 1. The current state and the state of reliance on the teacher's academic administration Under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 2, in general, it was at a high level. and the necessity of teacher's academic administration Under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 2, overall, there is a need for every step of the PNI Modified range between 0.259 – 0.215. Overall, PNIModified = 0.193. 2. The model of academic administration according to the 4 Noble Truths for teachers under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 is the application of Buddhist principles in the administration of educational institutions as a guideline for educational institutions to increase their efficiency in administration. Academic work consists of 1) Academic administration It is the administration of the educational institution by having activities related to the improvement and development of teaching and learning to be effective. and efficiency for maximum benefit to learners, divided into 4 areas: curriculum development; teaching management development and use of teaching materials Evaluation measure 2) Integration according to the Four Noble Truths to apply in academic administration in educational institutions for maximum efficiency. The Four Noble Truths are the four noble principles of Buddha Dharma, namely 1) Suffering (Dukkhasacca) 2) Samudaya (Samudaya Saccha) 3) Nirodha (Nirodhasacca) 4) Magga (Magkhasacca). 3. Academic administration model according to the 4 Noble Truths for teachers under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consists of five main components: 1) Principles 2) Objectives 3) Operation methods 4) Academic administration according to the principles The 4 Noble Truths 5) Assessment found that it is appropriate and feasible to apply the model. The body of knowledge from research is POME MODEL, which is P = Progress (progress) O = Operation (operation) M = Meterials (materials) E = Evalution (assessment).
