Abstract:
The research study had 3 objectives as follows: 1) to study the condition of vocational training experience management of vocational students in small and medium enterprises in Nakhon Sawan Province, 2) to create a management model for vocational training experience of vocational students. in the medium and small enterprises of Nakhon Sawan Province according to the apostolic principle, and 3) to evaluate the management style of vocational training of vocational students in small and medium enterprises in Nakhon Sawan Province according to Supernatural doctrine. This research was a mixed research, namely qualitative research and quantitative research. The Key Informants group selects specific key informants, including workplace representatives, religious experts, and mentors. For data collection by document study, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and suitability assessment in four aspects: usefulness, feasibility, suitability, and accuracy.
The results showed that
1. Results of a study of the management of professional experience training of vocational students in small and medium enterprises in Nakhon Sawan Province. It was found that the vocational training of vocational students in small and medium-sized enterprises in Nakhon Sawan Province was divided into 4 aspects according to the vocational education management standards of the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, namely 1) Data analysis for training arrangement 2) training plan preparation, 3) preparation prior to training, and 4) training management, supervision, follow-up, supervision of training In summary, it will be implemented jointly with 3 parties: 1) educational institutes, 2) students, and 3) establishments. To set training objectives in accordance with curriculum standards, planning, monitoring, problem solving, supervising students during training, training supervision, evaluation, and reporting. The training organizers take into account the improvement of the curriculum and the improvement of further work.
2. The development of the vocational training management model of vocational students in small and medium enterprises in Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Aparihaniyadhamma principle was found to be a training management model in 4 aspects and 7 The principle of Aparihaniyadhamma includes 28 issues, based on the principles of vocational training management of the Office of the Vocational Education Commission and the principles of Buddhism, namely the Aparihaniyadhamma principles. which must be carried out as follows: 1) Organize regular and frequent meetings with all 3 parties; 2) Invite qualified persons to attend; 3) Do not unilaterally use their power to make adjustments; 4) Stay on top of 5) there is mutual respect; 6) there is work that is consistent with the organization's culture; and 7) there is a rewarding activity for the participants in the training.
3. The results of the evaluation of the vocational training management model of vocational students in small and medium enterprises in Nakhon Sawan Province according to the principle of Aparihaniyadhamma found that the model has a standard in usefulness, being feasible, appropriate, and accurate results of the evaluation model developed at the highest level in all aspects and all issues.
