Role of School Administrators to Promote Passion and Drive of Teachers Performance in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok
Abstract:
This research addressed three primary objectives: 1) to explore the level of teachers passion in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok; 2) to assess the role of performance of school administrators in promoting teachers passion in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok; and 3) to investigate the relationship between school administrators role and teachers passion in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok. The research sample included 375 school administrators and teachers from 12 schools within the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok, selected through a multi-stage sampling process. The data collection process utilized questionnaires, and the statistical analyses included value, percentage, Mean, standard deviation, Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings indicated that; 1) teachers passion in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok were overall at a high level; 2) the performance of the role of school administrators to promote teachers passion in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok were overall at a high level; 3) the performance of the role of school administrators to promote teachers passion in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Bangkok showed a relationship with statistical significance at the .01 level.
