Abstract: งานการวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อมุ่งเน้นเกี่ยวกับการหาแนวทางการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมพื้นที่บริเวณท่าน้ำนนทบุรี จังหวัดนนทบุรี เพื่อเป็นการกำหนดกรอบและแนวทางการออกแบบอาคารใหม่ และการปรับปรุงอาคารเก่า ให้สอดคล้องและเหมาะสมกับบริบทพื้นที่ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ติดกับเขตที่ดินประเภทอนุรักษ์เพื่อส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมไทยที่อยู่ใกล้กับโบราณสถานอันเป็นสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีคุณค่าของพื้นที่ จากการดำเนินการศึกษารวมรวบข้อมูล วิเคราะห์และการสังเคราะห์เพื่อหาแนวทางในการออกแบบ ดำเนินการออกแบบ และนำเสนอผลการออกแบบจากการกำหนดแนวคิดในการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมให้เข้ากับบริบทและส่งเสริมอัตลักษณ์ของอาคารในพื้นที่บริเวณท่าน้ำนนทบุรี โดยมีการนำผลการวิเคราะห์จากผลการสำรวจข้อมูลข้อคิดเห็นของเจ้าของที่ดินหรือเจ้าของอาคารในพื้นที่บริเวณท่าน้ำนนทบุรี และประชาชนผู้ใช้พื้นที่ในพื้นที่บริเวณท่าน้ำนนทบุรี มาเป็นส่วนสนับสนุนเพื่อเสนอแนวทางการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่ส่งเสริมอัตลักษณ์ของอาคารพื้นที่บริเวณท่าน้ำนนทบุรี ผู้วิจัยสามารถสรุปแนวทางการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่ส่งเสริมอัตลักษณ์ของอาคารพื้นที่บริเวณท่าน้ำนนทบุรี ตามประเภทการใช้งาน 3 ประเภท คือ (1) อาคารเพื่อการพาณิชยกรรม (2) อาคารเพื่อการพักอาศัย (3) พื้นที่สาธารณะ จากการพิจารณาลักษณะเฉพาะและรูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมของพื้นที่บริเวณท่าน้ำนนทบุรี โดยการกำหนดแนวคิดในการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมให้เข้ากับบริบทและส่งเสริมอัตลักษณ์ของอาคารในพื้นที่บริเวณท่าน้ำนนทบุรี ดังนี้ (1) การกำหนดรูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรม โดย 1) การควบคุมการใช้วัสดุ 2) การควบคุมความสูงของอาคาร 3) การควบคุมสีของอาคาร 4) การนำรูปแบบองค์ประกอบเชิงสัญลักษณ์ (Architectural Sign) มาใช้เป็นส่วนประกอบอาคาร (2) การเสนอแนะรูปแบบอุปกรณ์ประกอบถนนให้เกิดความสอดคล้องกับสถาปัตยกรรมในพื้นที่ (3) การส่งเสริมพื้นที่กิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรม โดยการกำหนดรูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรม และการเสนอแนะรูปแบบอุปกรณ์ประกอบถนนให้เกิดความสอดคล้องกับสถาปัตยกรรมในพื้นที่จะเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสร้างอัตลักษณ์ของพื้นที่และการส่งเสริมพื้นที่กิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรม งานวิจัยนี้สามารถนําไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่ด้านกายภาพ ในการส่งเสริมอัตลักษณ์ของอาคารในพื้นที่บริเวณท่าน้ำนนทบุรี ทั้งนี้แนวทางการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมพื้นที่บริเวณท่าน้ำนนทบุรี จังหวัดนนทบุรี ยังเป็นการส่งเสริมให้เจ้าของอาคารในพื้นที่บริเวณตระหนักถึงการได้มีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างอัตลักษณ์ที่มีคุณค่าให้แก่พื้นที่บริเวณ เพื่อให้สถาปนิกนักออกแบบได้คำนึงถึงการออกแบบที่เคารพและสอดคล้องเหมาะสมกับบริบทดั้งเดิมของพื้นที่บริเวณทั้งปัจจุบันและในอนาคต

Abstract: This research focuses on finding a guideline for architectural design for Nonthaburi Pier area, Nonthaburi Province in order to define the framework and guidelines for the design of new buildings and renovation of old buildings. The pier area is adjacent to valuable architectural ancient monuments, so, it is a conserved land to promote Thai culture. The studies started from collecting data, analyzing and synthesizing for designing guidelines, designing process, and presenting the results. The concept of architectural design to fit the context and promote the identity of the buildings in Nonthaburi Pier area was based on the results from the opinion survey of landowners and building owners in Nonthaburi Pier area together with the people using that area. Some guidelines were proposed to promote the identity of the buildings in Nonthaburi Pier area. The researchers could summarize the architectural design guidelines into 3 types of usage, which were: (1) commercial buildings, (2) residential buildings, and (3) public spaces. From considering the specific characteristics and architectural styles of Nonthaburi Pier area, the concept of architectural design to match the context and promote the identity of the buildings in Nonthaburi Pier area could be as follows: (1) formulation of architectural style by 1) controlling the use of materials, 2) controlling the height of the buildings, 3) controlling the color of the buildings, and 4) adopting architectural signs to be used as building components. (2) Suggestions of the street furniture suitable for the architecture in the area, and (3) the promotion of cultural activity space by defining architectural styles and suggesting street furniture suitable for the architectures in the area which will be a part of building the identity of the area and the promotion of cultural activity space. This research could be beneficial to the development of the physical space in the promotion of the identity of the buildings in the Nonthaburi Pier area. Moreover, the architectural design guidelines in Nonthaburi Pier area, Nonthaburi Province are also an encouragement to the owners of the buildings in the area to realize the contribution of creating a valuable identity for the area and for architects and designers to consider designs that give the values appropriate with the traditional context of the area in the present and in the future."
