Abstract:
This research aimed to: 1) investigate the school administrator skills under the
Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachinburi, Nakhon Nayok, and 2) compare
the school administrator skills under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office
Prachinburi, Nakhon Nayok categorized by school size, educational level, and work
experience.
The research samples consisted of 302 teachers under the Secondary
Education Service Area Office Prachinburi, Nakhon Nayok in the academic year 2020,
derived from multistage sampling technique. The instrument for collecting data was a
questionnaire. To analyze the data, the researcher employed the statistical devices
consisting of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and analysis of variance
(ANOVA).
The research results revealed that: 1) the school administrator skills under the
Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachinburi, Nakhon Nayok were at a high
level in an overview and some specific areas. 2) Regrading to the comparison of the
school administrator skills under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office
Prachinburi, Nakhon Nayok, categorized by school size, educational level, and work
experience, there were no statistically significant difference among the groups studied
at the .05 level.
