Abstract:
This research purposes were to 1) study the academic administration level of the school administrators in Thungyangdaeng educational network center under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3 2) compare the academic administration of the school administrators in Thungyangdaeng educational network center under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3 classified by gender, educational level and work performance (3) measure the suggestions for academic administration of the school administrators in Thungyangdaeng educational network center under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3. The population in this study were 210 teachers from 12 schools in Thungyangdaeng educational network center under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3. the sample size was determined using Krejecie and Morgan, once the teacher sample size was obtained using a simple random sampling method and drawing a non-returnable number (Without Replacement). 136 people were gained. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-value and F-value test
As the consequences:
1. Overall, the academic administration of the school administrators in Thungyangdaeng educational network center under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a high level.
2. Comparison results of academic administration levels of school administrators in Thungyangdaeng educational network center under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3, classified by gender, education, and work performance, the provided estimations to the academic administration of the school administrators are different without any significant statistic.
3. Measuring the suggestions for academic administration of educational institution administrators in Thungyangdaeng network center under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3, it was found that administrators should focus on the local curriculum. Clear and systematic academic work plan should be emphasized. The teaching and learning management should be consistent with the appropriate teaching styles ang context. Training is provided to develop curricula with the community and cover both normal and disabled students. Encourage teachers to create a good classroom teaching atmosphere that is conducive to learning. Support for the measurement of evaluation results using a variety of realistic methods. To provide teachers with continuous training in conducting research. Various learning resources should be provided. Teacher should be supervised and encouraged to assist student and provide guidance covering all aspect. Pay attention to the quality assurance system. The administrators should invite the community to participate in arranging the teaching model together with the teachers. Publicize academic work to individuals, families, organizations, agencies, administrators, together with teachers to create a framework for academic work. They should examine and consider all types of textbooks and all subject groups for the most benefit to students. Continuously support the budget for the development of technology media.
