Abstract: At present, companies or government agencies have implemented the ERP system (ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING) for managing various resources of the organization. From studying, the information of a company has used the SAP system as the central ERP system in order to respond to more business activities. Therefore, it is necessary to bring other information systems to connect to the SAP system because the active SAP system is not designed to support connections from other information systems. In the case of some problems with the SAP system, it is necessary to improve and resolve the problem so that other information systems can connect to the SAP system continuously. The problem solving of other information systems is that, it should be able to connect to the SAP system continuously because they used the HIGH AVAILABILITY process to design a solution and study the feasibility of solving problems. That kind of design is appropriate for this company. The result of this research is likely to provide a solution to the SAP system for support connection to other information systems at any time or with minimal interruption including to allow business activities to run continuously. The problem solution must be appropriate for the business model and budget for applying with the SAP system design which has similar characteristics.

Abstract: ในปัจจุบัน บริษัทหรือหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ได้ใช้งานระบบ ERP (ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING) เพื่อใช้ในการบริหารทรัพยากรต่างๆ ขององค์กร จากการศึกษาข้อมูลของบริษัทแห่งหนึ่ง ได้ใช้งานระบบ SAP เป็นระบบ ERP หลัก เพื่อให้ตอบสนองต่อกิจกรรมทางธุรกิจมากยิ่งขึ้น จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องนำระบบสารสนเทศอื่นๆ เข้ามาเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ SAP เนื่องจากระบบ SAP ที่ใช้งานอยู่ ไม่ได้ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อรองรับการเชื่อมต่อจากระบบสารสนเทศอื่นๆ ในกรณีที่ระบบ SAP เกิดปัญหาบางประการ จึงต้องดำเนินการปรับปรุง และแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว เพื่อให้ระบบสารสนเทศอื่นๆ สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ SAP ได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง สำหรับการแก้ไขปัญหาให้ระบบสารสนเทศอื่นๆ สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ SAP ได้อย่างต่อเนื่องนั้น ได้ใช้กระบวนการด้าน HIGH AVAILABILITY เพื่อออกแบบแนวทางการแก้ปัญหา และทำการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ ของแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาที่ได้ออกแบบไว้ตามความเหมาะสมกับบริษัทแห่งนั้น ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ในการทำวิจัยนี้ เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา ให้ระบบ SAP สามารถรองรับการเชื่อมต่อจากระบบสารสนเทศอื่นๆ ได้ตลอดเวลา หรือมีระยะเวลาหยุดชะงักน้อยที่สุด เพื่อให้กิจกรรมทางธุรกิจสามารถดำเนินไปได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่ได้ จะต้องเหมาะสมกับรูปแบบทางธุรกิจ และงบประมาน เพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ กับการออกแบบระบบ SAP ที่มีลักษณะคล้ายกันได้
