Abstract: การผสมพันธุ์ระหว่างชวนชม 3 พันธุ์คือ‘Fragrant Star’, ‘Harry Potter’และ‘กุหลาบ่มวง’ รวม 6 คู่ผสม พบว่าอัตราการผสมติดของการผสมข้ามสูงกว่าการผสมตัวเอง และคู่ผสมที่มี ‘Harry Potter’ เป็นต้นแม่พันธุ์ มีอายุฝักที่ยาวนานกว่าคู่ผสมที่มี ‘Fragrant Star’ เป็นต้นแม่พันธุ์ โดย คู่ผสมที่ผสมตัวเองของ ‘Fragrant Star’ และ‘Harry Potter’ มีจำนวนเมล็ดต่อฝักมาก แต่มีอัตรา ความงอกของเมล็ดค่อนข้างน้อย ในทางกลับกันต้นกล้าของคู่ผสมที่มี ‘Harry Potter’ เป็นต้นพ่อ พันธุ์ เริ่มมีใบเลี้ยงกางออกเต็มที่เมื่ออายุมากกว่าคู่ผสมที่มี ‘Fragrant Star’ เป็นต้นพ่อพันธุ์ เมื่อ ศึกษาการถ่ายทอดลักษณะที่สำคัญทางการค้าบางประการ พบว่าลักษณะข่มสมบูรณ์ได้แก่ กลีบ ดอกสีชมพู- ม่วง, ดอกขนาดใหญ่, กลีบดอกกว่าง และกลีบดอกซ้อน ขณะที่ลักษณะความยาว หลอดกลีบดอกเกี่ยวข้องกับทั้งอัลลิลข่มสมบูรณ์และอัลลิลข่มเกิน ส่วนลักษณะดอกมีกลิ่นเป็น ลักษณะแฝง ทั้งนี้ลักษณะการมีลายบนกลีบดอกและลักษณะปลายใบรูปติ่งหนาม ต่างมีอัลลิลข่ม สมบูรณ์ 1 ตำแหน่งควบคุมอยู่ In making 6 crosses among Adenium obesum 'Fragrant Star', 'Harry Potter' and 'Purple Roses', it was found that pod set percentage from self-pollination was higher than that from crossing-pollination. The pod age of 'Harry Potter' was longer than that of 'Fragrant Star'. The selfing pod of 'Fragrant Star' and 'Harry Potter' had high seed numbers; however, the seed germination rate was relatively low. As pollen parent, the seedlings of 'Harry Potter' reached the stage of fully expanded cotyledons later than those of 'Fragrant Star'. For inheritance study on some commercially important traits, it was found that pink - purple petals, large flower, wide petal and double flower were dominant traits. The length of corolla tube was influenced by both complete dominant allele and over-dominant allele. The trait of scented flower was found to be recessive traits. Having stripes on the petals and apiculate leaf apex were each controlled by a complete dominant allele.
