Abstract:
The purpose of this research was (1) to study the operating conditions. In the aspect of teaching and learning that is student-centered, (2) to compare the operating conditions In the aspect of student-centered teaching and learning classified by status, position and work experience, (3) To study problems and operational guidelines In the aspect of teaching and learning that is student-centered Of government teachers under The
Sangha Educational Commission at Champasak Province Laos PDR The sample consisted of 102 government teachers. The samples were determined by using the Krejcie and Morgan table using stratified random sampling method by comparing the proportion. Tools used in This research Was an interview and questionnaire with 5 rating scales with the reliability of 0.94, The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, T- test.
The results of the research showed that

not diverse and is not appropriate in accordance with the abilities and differences of the learners. Instruction is not enough. The budget for supporting learning media is minimal. The tools used in measurement and evaluation are not diverse and do not cover the purpose of learning. The results of measurements and assessments have not been taken seriously in the development of teaching and learning processes. Supervision and supervision were not consistent. As for the development guidelines, it was found that : The teacher civil service agreed that there should be a survey to compile and determine the scope of the problem.
