Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรเน้นกิจกรรม เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการฟังและการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักฟุตบอลสังกัดสโมสรสตาร์พาวเวอร์อะคาเดมี่ เชียงราย รุ่นเยาวชนชายอายุไม่เกิน 12 ปี (U-12) ประชากร ได้แก่ นักฟุตบอลสังกัดสโมสรสตาร์พาวเวอร์อะคาเดมี่ เชียงราย ในปี พ.ศ. 2563 จำนวน 155 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักฟุตบอลสังกัดสโมสรสตาร์พาวเวอร์อะคาเดมี่ เชียงราย อายุ 10-12 ปี จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสังเกตการณ์ฝึกซ้อมของนักฟุตบอล แบบสอบถามสภาพปัญหา และความต้องการพัฒนาทักษะการฟังและการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ แบบทดสอบวัดระดับทักษะการฟังและการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ หลักสูตรและเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร แบบประเมินทักษะการฟังและการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเน้นกิจกรรม เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการฟังและการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักฟุตบอลสังกัดสโมสรสตาร์พาวเวอร์อะคาเดมี่ เชียงราย รุ่นเยาวชนชายอายุไม่เกิน 12 ปี (U-12) มีปัญหาการฟังภาษาอังกฤษที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ไม่เข้าใจเมื่อได้ยินคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษคำศัพท์เทคนิคกีฬาฟุตบอลอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัญหาการพูดภาษาอังกฤษที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ไม่สามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้เนื่องจากไม่คุ้นเคยกับคำศัพท์มาก่อน อยู่ในระดับมาก ความต้องการพัฒนาทักษะการฟังและการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือ เรื่องคำสั่งของผู้ฝึกสอนเกี่ยวกับการใช้คำศัพท์เทคนิคกีฬาฟุตบอลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ อยู่ในระดับมาก และผลการวัดระดับทักษะการฟังและการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักฟุตบอล สังกัดสโมสรสตาร์พาวเวอร์อะคาเดมี่ เชียงราย รุ่นเยาวชนชายอายุไม่เกิน 12 ปี (U-12) มีทักษะการฟังและการพูดในระดับพอใช้ 2) หลักสูตรเน้นกิจกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการฟังและการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักฟุตบอลสังกัดสโมสรสตาร์พาวเวอร์อะคาเดมี่ เชียงราย รุ่นเยาวชนชายอายุไม่เกิน 12 ปี จำนวน 5 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ 30 ชั่วโมง มีองค์ประกอบของหลักสูตร 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย เนื้อหาสาระ โครงสร้างหลักสูตร กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สื่อการเรียนรู้ และการวัดและประเมินผล และผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ทักษะการฟังและการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักฟุตบอล พบว่า นักฟุตบอล ร้อยละ 50 ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินการฟังภาษาอังกฤษ และร้อยละ 43.40 ผ่านกณฑ์การประเมินการพูดภาษาอังกฤษตามกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ ร้อยละ 60 และ 4) ความพึงพอใจของนักฟุตบอลที่มีต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

Abstract: The development of an English activity-based curriculum to enhance English listening and speaking skills for football players under the age of 12 at the Star Power Academy Chiang Rai. Objectives of the study were as follows: to develop an English activity-based curriculum to enhance English listening and speaking skills for football players under the age of 12 at the Star Power Academy Chiang Rai. The population consisted of 155 Star Power Academy Chiang Rai football players in 2020. The sample of the study is 30 football players, age 10-12 years old chosen by specific method. The instrumental consisted of the observation form, questionnaire, English listening and speaking skills test, the curriculum to enhance English listening and speaking skills, English listening skills and English speaking skills assessment and satisfaction questionnaire. The data analysis comprised the content, distribution of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results revealed that: 1) The fundamentals of development of English listening and speaking of the Star Power Academy football players Chiang Rai under the age of 12 (U-12). The most common listening problem is with English technical words for football; this was at a high level. The most common speaking problem is due to unfamilliarity with vocabulary; this was also at a high level. The needs of improving English listening and speaking skills was at a moderate level and the instructions of the trainer on the use of football technical vocabulary in English is at a high level. The results for measuring English listening and speaking skills of the Star Power Academy football players Chiang Rai under the age of 12 (U-12) was at a moderate level. 2) The curriculum to enhance English listening and speaking skills with 5 units, 30 hours and seven curriculum elements: Principle, Purpose, Content, Curriculum structure, Learning activities, Learning materials and Measurement and evaluation. The experts assessed the suitability at the highest level. 3) English listening and speaking skills of football players, found that 50% of them passed the English listening assessment criteria and 43.40 % of football players passed the English speaking assessment criteria, according to the criteria set at 60% 4) The satisfaction of the football players with the course was at a moderate level.
