Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the behavior of customers who use parcel delivery services with private companies in Mueang District, Chonburi Province, to study the level of expectations in the quality of parcel delivery services. Of private companies in Mueang District, Chonburi Province, and studying behavior that affects the expectations of the quality of parcel delivery services Of private companies in Mueang District, Chonburi Province. Sample group used in the study The researcher has studied from the package transportation users of private companies in the Muang district, Chonburi province. By selecting only the parcel delivery company, consisting of 6 companies, 39 branches, will receive a sample group of 400 people. Classified as a sample of 39 parcel delivery service providers, based on the proportion of the population referring to Bureau of Registration Administration, Department of Provincial Administration (2560) Tools used in the study and data collection were questionnaires with confidence equal to .872 and the accuracy of the content was checked by experts. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The statistics used to test hypotheses were t-test, One-Way ANOWA, One-Way Analysis, Least Significant Difference (LSD), using social science statistical software. The results showed that most of the samples using the parcel delivery service of private companies in Muang District, Chonburi Province were female, aged between 21-30 years, with bachelor degree education. The main occupation is an employee of a private organization. No supplementary career And most of the income of the sample is between 10,001 -20,000 baht.
