Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to explore circumstances, seek guidelines on learning resource management of schools in the digital age under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and examine the feasibility of the guideline implementation. The population of this research was 1,756 school administrators and teachers under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample selected by stratified random sampling was 89 school administrators and 313 teachers. Mixed methods was applied in this research. The quantitative data were collected from an interview, while the qualitative data were obtained from a group discussion. The instruments used were a questionnaire and a focus group record form. The frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis were used for statistical analysis. The findings indicated that the circumstances of the learning resource management on 4 aspects, namely Plan, Do, Check, Act of schools in the digital age under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall was at a high level. The guidelines suggest that stakeholders should take part in every step of the process following PDCA model. In addition, personnel should be encouraged and supported in improving their digital technological skills. The feasibility of the guideline implementation overall was at a high level.
