Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับสมรรถนะพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา และ 2) อนาคตภาพสมรรถนะพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาไทย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาอนาคตใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบเดลฟาย (Delphi future research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างจํานวน 396 คน เลือกโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-stage sampling) ผู้ให้ข้อมูล จํานวน 20 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จํานวน 17 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ร้อยละ, x, SD, ค่ามัธยฐาน, ค่าพิสัย ระหว่างควอไทล์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ระดับสมรรถนะพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาไทย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านเรียงลําดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านเจตคติ, ด้านความรู้ และด้านทักษะ ตามลําดับ 2. อนาคตภาพสมรรถนะพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาไทยมีแนวโน้มดังนี้ ด้านความรู้: นักศึกษาต้องมีการศึกษาหาความรู้เพื่อพัฒนาตัวเองตลอดเวลาตลอดชีวิต, สามารถสังเคราะห์ความรู้ที่ได้มา และนําไปใช้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ, ต้องติดตามสถานการณ์ความเคลื่อนไหวของศาสตร์ที่ตนเองศึกษา, สามารถคิดนอกกรอบได้อย่างมีเหตุผล, สามารถเข้าใจองค์ความรู้อย่างลึกซึ้ง, สามารถประยุกต์องค์ความรู้ไปใช้ในการทํางานกับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้, ต้องมีความรู้ที่เท่าทันและพร้อมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในโลกอนาคต, ต้องมีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในศาสตร์ของตนเอง และสามารถแสวงหาองค์ความรู้ที่เป็นข้อเท็จจริงได้ด้วยตนเอง ด้านทักษะ: นักศึกษาต้องมีทักษะในการเลือกข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ และการประยุกต์ใช้ข้อมูลอย่างมีสติและมีเหตุผล, ต้องมีทักษะการควบคุมอารมณ์ ในการอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นและสังคม, ต้องมีทักษะการประกอบการอย่างมืออาชีพ, ต้องมีทักษะการเป็นผู้นํา และผู้ตามที่ดี, ต้องมีทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21, ต้องมีทักษะการจัดการตนเองอย่างเป็นระบบ, ต้องมีทักษะการนําเสนอข้อมูลที่ชัดเจนอย่างมืออาชีพ, ต้องมีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหา อย่างมีเหตุผล, ต้องมีทักษะการประยุกต์ใช้ข้อมูล เพื่อสามารถสร้างการแข่งขันได้ และต้องมีทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยี และรู้เท่าทันข้อมูลท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านเจตคติ: นักศึกษาต้องมีการให้เกียรติซึ่งกันและกัน ยอมรับตนเอง และผู้อื่น, ต้องมีความกล้าที่จะเป็นตัวของตัวเองไม่ใช่ทําตามคนอื่น, ต้องมีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต,ต้องมีความซื่อตรงและเที่ยงธรรม, ต้องมีความตระหนักคิด มีสติ, ต้องมีนํ้าใจ เอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ โอบอ้อมอารี, ต้องมีความอ่อนน้อมถ่อมตน, ต้องมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก, ต้องมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น, ต้องมีการเคารพในความเป็นผู้ใหญ่, ต้องมีความเคารพสถานที่ที่เข้าไปอยู่, ต้องมีความเชื่อมั่นในตนเองในองค์กร, ต้องรู้จักการยอมรับความผิดพลาดจากการกระทําของตนเอง, ต้องมีความเข้าใจความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม, ต้องมีความมุ่งมั่น ขยันพากเพียร อดทน มีวินัย มีแรงบันดาลใจในการฝ่าอุปสรรค และต้องมีความเสียสละ

Abstract: Thepropose of this research were to study. 1) Graduate Thai students Competencies-Basedand 2) Scenario Competencies-Basedof Graduate Thai students. The samples were 396 graduates for a competency survey and Delphi technique using 20 informants and 17 experts. The instruments were questionnaire and structure interview. The statistic were percent, mean, standard deviation, median, inter quartile range and content analysis. The research were as follow: 1. The Thai graduate student Competencies was at high level, ranging from Attitudes, Knowledge and Skills, respective. 2. Scenario Competenciesbased of Thai Graduate were; Knowledge: Students must study for knowledge to develop themselves throughout their lives, can synthesize the knowledge gained and use it effectively, must follow the situation of the movement of the discipline that they study.Student can apply knowledge to work with colleagues. Student must have the knowledge that is ready and being ready to face changes in the future, a deep understanding of their own discipline and be able to find facts that are factual on your own. Skills: Students must have skills in data selection, analysis, synthesis, and application of information in a conscious and reasonable manner, must have professional entrepreneurial skills, leadership skills and being good followers. Students must have the 21stcentury skills, systematic self-management skills, professional presentation skills, reasonableproblem solving skills. Students must have applying information skills, to be able to create competition and must have technology skills and archive update information. Attitudes: Students must respect teach other, accept themselves and others, must have the courage to be themselves, not follow others.Students must be honest and upright.Students must have conscious awareness.Students must be considerate, generous. Students must be humble.Students must have a positive attitude, good human relations with others, respect for being adults and respect for the place they entered. Students must have confidence in themselves in the organization.Students must know to accept mistakes from their actions.Students need to understand cultural diversity.Students must be committed, diligent, patient, disciplined, motivated to break through obstacles and must have sacrifices
