School Management in Accordance with the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Schools for Expanding Educational Opportunities under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3
Abstract:
The purposes of this research are to study school management according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of educational opportunity expansion schools and study recommendations on basic school management according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of educational opportunity expansion schools. The Sample groups in this research included 302 participants who were board members and teachers from educational opportunity expansion schools under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 3. Research instrument used in this research was questionnaire with 1-5 Likerts scale with reliability rate 0.879. Statistical tools employed were mean, percentage, mean, as well as standard deviation. This research found that overall, the basic school management according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of educational opportunity expansion schools under Chiangrai Primary Education Service Area Office 3 was rated at the highest level as arranged chronologically in the following aspects: academic administration, personnel administration, budgeting administration, general administration and educational recommendations. This indicated that in the field of academic administration, there should have been budget support in personnel training or in giving more knowledge of academic affairs, as well as encouragement of participation and cooperation in academic affairs for school development. Moreover, local sectors and villagers participation should been gained for more ecommendations.
