Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา 1) โครงการกิจกรรมจิตอาสาที่ส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิต ด้านการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับผู้อื่นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดนครนายก 2) คุณลักษณะของกิจกรรมจิตอาสาที่ส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตด้านการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับผู้อื่นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดนครนายกและ 3) แนวทางการสร้างเครือข่าย กิจกรรมจิตอาสาที่ส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตด้านการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับผู้อื่นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดนครนายกการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วยการวิจัย เอกสารการสัมภาษณ์และการสนทนากลุ่มด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและนำเสนอข้อมูลเป็นค่าร้อยละและพรรณนาความ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. โครงการจิตอาสาที่ส่งเสริมทักษะด้านการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับผู้อื่นจากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดนครนายก ประจำปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 11 กิจกรรม พบว่า สามารถส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตด้านการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับผู้อื่นได้ทั้ง 4 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมคิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.73 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับผู้อื่นคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 รองลงมา คือ ด้านการตระหนักรู้เห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและผู้อื่น คิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.73 ด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์ตัดสินใจและแก้ปัญหาอย่างสร้างสรรค์และด้านการจัดการอารมณ์และความเครียดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 89.09 2. คุณลักษณะของกิจกรรมจิตอาสาที่ส่งเสริมทักษะด้านการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดี กับผู้อื่นของนักเรียนพบว่า ทั้งมุมมองของครูและนักเรียน มีลักษณะเป็นกิจกรรมที่มุ่งเน้นการช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นที่เดือดร้อนทั้งโดยตรงและโดยอ้อม รู้จักการเสียสละส่วนตนเพื่อคนส่วนรวมของสังคม โดยมุ่งหวังให้สังคมอยุ่ร่วมกันได้อย่างเป็นสุขและมีเป้าหมายเพื่อการพัฒนาตนเอง ในทุกระดังทั้งกายและใจ 3. แนวทางการสร้างเครือข่ายกิจกรรมจิตอาสาที่ส่งเสริมสัมพันธภาพด้านการสร้าง สัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับผู้อื่นของนักเรียนพบว่า บทบาทของเครือข่ายกิจกรรมจิตอาสาที่ส่งเสริมสัมพันธภาพด้านการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับผู้อื่นของนักเรียน ได้แก่ นักเรียน ครู ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนองค์กรของรัฐและองค์กรสาธารณะประโยชน์ซึ่งมีการดำเนินการสร้างเครือข่าย คือ การชักชวน การประชาสัมพันธ์ ทำเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีสร้างพฤติกรรมทางบวกและแนะนำกิจกรรมต่อโดยสามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับโรงเรียน ระดับชุมชนและระดับสังคม

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study, 1) the project on volunteer spirit networks to promote the life skills for good relations building with others of senior high school students in Nakhon Nayok Province, 2) characteristics of the volunteer activity that promote the life skill for good relation building with others of senior high school in NakornNayok Province, and 3) the guidelines on volunteer spirit networks to promote the life skills for good relations building with others of senior high school students in NakornNayok Province. This research was a qualitative research consisted of documentary research, interview and focus group. The researcher analyzed the data withthe contents analysis, mean, and descriptive statistic. The research results were; 1. The project on volunteer spirit networks to promote the life skills for good relations building with others of senior high school students in Nakhon Nayok Province in academic year 2018 consisted of 11 activities, they were able to promote the life skills for good relations with others in all 4 aspects in overall of 92.73. The highest mean score was an ability to build a relationship with others at the percentage of 100, followed by self-awareness and self-esteem with others in the percentage of 92.73. The critical thinking, decision making, and creative problem solving as well as the emotion and stress management were at the percentage of 89.09. 2. The characteristics of volunteer activity that promote the life skill for good relation building with others of senior high school students were that the perspective of teachers and students based on given activities showed its part of direct and indirect help with others, knowing to sacrifice for others towards peaceful in the society, and to meet the target of self-development both physical and mind. 3. The guideline on volunteer spirit networks to promote the life skills for good relations building with others of senior high school students were that roles of activity networks on volunteer to promote the good relation building with others of senior high school students were students, teachers, school’s director, government organization, and public organization. The processes of creating the network were pursuating, public relation, being a good role model, positive behavior, and activity invitation which can be divided into 3 levels namely; school, community, and society
