Abstract:
The objectives of this thesis are to analyze the competitiveness of the lathe business
and Study the internal and external environment, and strengths and weakness of the business. IT
was conducted as a qualitative research to analyze the operations process, especially the internal
and external environment of the business operation. The finding were that after doing an analysis
on problems and obstacles, there were 3 levels of corporate strategy improvement including
corporate level, business level and operating level. The improvement approach will be beneficial
to the business in the future
