Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการนวัตกรรมระบบประเมินผลการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูออนไลน์ตามเกณฑ์การปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษาของคุรุสภา สำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภาคตะวันออก และ 2) พัฒนานวัตกรรมระบบประเมินผลการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูออนไลน์ตามเกณฑ์การปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษาของคุรุสภา สำหรับมหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏภาคตะวันออก แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากอาจารย์นิเทศก์ ครูพี่เลี้ยง และนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู จำนวน 600 คน ตอนที่ 2 เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยมีการพัฒนานวัตกรรมตามหลักการ ของ ADDIE Model และนำไปใช้กับกลุ่มทดลองจำนวน 42 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความต้องการนวัตกรรมระบบประเมินผลการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูออนไลน์ตามเกณฑ์การปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษาของคุรุสภา สำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภาคตะวันออก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.31) พิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านเนื้อหาอยู่ใน ระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.35 รองลงมา เป็นด้านระบบอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.30 และด้านความปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.18 2. การพัฒนานวัตกรรมได้มีการดำเนินการตาม 5 ขั้นตอนของ ADDIE Model จากนั้นจึงทำการติดตั้ง ทดลองใช้งาน และประเมินประสิทธิภาพนวัตกรรม โดยผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.37) พิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการออกแบบอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.43 ด้านเนื้อหาอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.36 และด้านความปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.27

Abstract: The objectives of the research were (1) to examine the requirement of innovation of online evaluation system for school internship according to the rule of the Teacher Council of Thailand for Rajabhat universities in the Eastern Region, (2) to develop the innovation of the online evaluation system for school internship according to the rules of the Teacher Council of Thailand for Rajabhat universities in the Eastern Region. The study was designed in two parts. The survey research appeared in the first part. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire which was responded by a sample group of 600 people comprised of advisors from university, advisors from schools and student teachers. The research and development (R & D) appeared in the second part which ADDIE Model was introduced and implemented by an experimental group of 42 people. Research results. 1. In general, this study reports the needs of innovation of online evaluation system for school internship according to the rule of the Teacher Council of Thailand for Rajabhat universities in the Eastern Region in high level ( = 4.31) considered in aspects, aspect of content in a high level ( = 4.35), aspect of system in a high level ( = 4.30) and aspect of security in high level ( = 4.18). 2. The development of innovation following in 5 steps guided by ADDIE Model. The implementation, testing and evaluating were done after. The results of performance evaluation was at a high level ( = 4.37), aspect of design in high level ( = 4.43), aspect of content in high level ( = 4.36) and aspect of security in high level ( = 4.27).
