Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study management of the student care and support system in the educational opportunity expansion schools under Pathum Thani educational service area office and to compare management of the student care and support system in the educational opportunity expansion schools under Pathum Thani educational service area office classified as educational areas, work experiences, and school sizes. The sample was 331 government teachers in the educational opportunity expansion schools under the office of Pathum Thani educational service area 1 and 2. The tool for data collection was the 5-level Likert scale questionnaire with the reliability 0.89. The statistical tools for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and t-test. The research results were found that:1.Every aspect and each aspect of the student care and support system was entirely at the high level. The highest average was the aspect of student recruitment. Next was the aspect of student support, the aspect of protection and remedy, and the aspect of transfer. The lowest average was the aspect of individual acquaintance.2.The data comparisons of the management of the student care and support system in the educational opportunity expansion schools under Pathum Thani educational service area office classified as the educational areas, the work experiences, and the school sizes were found that the government teachers in the educational opportunity expansion schools under Pathum Thani educational service area office had the statistically significant difference at the .05 level in opinion to the management of the student care and support system in entire and every aspect.
