Abstract: The purpose of this research was to construct of Paper-Based Learning on Information Technology and Computer Subject (ITC 0249) for Mathayomsuksa 4-6 to find out the efficiency of Paper-Based Learning as well as the accomplishment of the students. The instruments to be utilized in the experiment consisted of 1) Paper-Based Learning on Computer and Information Technology (5 units), 2) Pretest, 3) Formative test, 4) Posttest and 5) Satisfaction evaluation. The samples were composed of 30 Mathayomsuksa 5 students at Aroonpradit Petchburi School to find out the efficiency of the test item and 37 Mathayomsuksa 4 students to find out the efficiency of the Paper-Based Learning and the accomplishment of the students. The result showed that the Paper-Based Learning could be effective in learning because the average percentage of formative test and posttest was 90.08190.16 which was higher than the established criteria of 90190. The comparison of mean scores between pretest - - (X = 45.60 ) and posttest (X = 72.07) by using t-test was significantly different at the 0.01 level. The satisfaction of students to the Paper-Based Learning on Information Technology and Computer Subject (ITC 0249) for Mathayomsuksa 4-6 was 4.41, which was in good level. Thus, the Paper-Based Learning on Computer and Information Technology I could be used efficiently and effectively for teaching and learning.
