Abstract:
The research had objectives to study peoples satisfaction with household registration services of officers at Had Lek Sub-district Municipality, Khlong Yai District, Trat Province and to compare satisfaction of people categorized by personal factors. The sample group consisted of 365 people. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. For hypotheses testing, t-test was used to compare the differences between 2 independent variable groups, and One-way ANOVA was used to compare the differences among over 3 independent variable groups. LSD (Least significant difference test) was used when the differences in pair were found. The findings revealed that most of the respondents were female people aged 20-30 years old. They had a bachelors degree and had their own business. They also had 10,000-15,000 baht monthly income. From the analysis of the satisfaction with household registration services of officers at Had Lek Sub-district Municipality, it was found that people had high level of overall satisfaction. When each aspect was considered, it was found that all aspects were satisfactory at the high level. The first aspect was premises. The next aspect was service system. The last aspect was officers providing services. From the hypotheses testing to compare the satisfaction of the people categorized by gender, age, education level, occupation, and income, it was found that people with different gender had no difference in satisfaction with household registration services of officers at Had Lek Sub-district Municipality. However, people with different age, education level, occupation, and income had difference in satisfaction with household registration services of officers at Had Lek Sub-district Municipality at the statistical significance level of 0.05.
