Abstract:
The purpose of this research were: to study and compare teamwork efficiency classified by educational qualification, work experience, and school size, to study and compare the job satisfaction of school teachers classified by educational qualification, work experience, and school size, and to analyse the correlation between teamwork efficiency and teachers job satisfaction under Prachin Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sampling was 327 teachers obtained by of Krejcie and Morgan Table. The stratified Random Sampling was used to select the sample. The research instrument was five Likert scale questionnaire with the reliability at 0.98. The statistics used in analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearsons coefficient of correlation. The rersults were as follows:1.Teamwork efficiency in an overall and each aspects were at the hight level. The highest average value was work evaluation. The second highest was co-leader condition and the lowest was clear work assignment. 2. Teamwork efficiency categorized by educational qualification was significantly different at 0.05. When considering in each aspect, it was found that participation, reciprocal exchange of listening, positive disagreement, concurring opinion, and external relationship were significantly different at 0.05.It was found that teamwork efficiency of schools teachers categorized by work experiences were insignificantly different. When considering in each aspect, the clarity of objectives, concurring opinion, and self-evaluation, were significantly different at 0.05.The Teamwork efficiency of school teachers categorized by school size was insignificantly different. When considering each aspect, it was revealed that informal work condition, positive disagreement, and co- leader codition were significantly different at 0.05.3.Job satisfaction of school teachers in an overall and each aspects were at a high level. The highest average value was job description. The second highest was co-workers and the lowest was wages4.The Job satisfaction of teachers under Prachin Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office categorized by Bachelor Degree and higher than Bachelor Degree were insignificantly different.Job satisfaction of teachers under Prachin Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office categorized by work experience below 10 years, 10-20 years and hither that 20 years were insignificantly different.Job satisfaction of teachers under Prachin Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office categorized by small, medium and large school sizes were insignificantly different.5.Job satisfaction was highly positively related to teamwork efficiency at statistical significance 0.05. The coefficient correlation was 0.84.
