Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านสมรรถภาพทางการสอนของครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี ประชากรได้แก่ ครูประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี จำนวน 1,329 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสำรวจความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านสมรรถภาพทางการสอนของครูประถมศึกษา ผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยขอความร่วมมือจากสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี ในการแจกและรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แบบสำรวจคืนมาจำนวน 1,216 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 91.57 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แล้วตีค่าเป็นระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสิงห์บุรีมีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านสมรรถภาพทางการสอนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาความรู้ความเข้าใจแต่ละด้านพบว่า ครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านสมรรถภาพทางการสอนทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการเตรียมการสอน และการใช้สื่อการสอนอยู่ในระดับมาก มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการประเมินผลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการควบคุมชั้นและการจัดบรรยากาศในชั้นเรียน และความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการสอนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านสมรรถภาพทางการสอนเฉพาะวิชา พบว่า ครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการสอนกลุ่มทักษะและกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพอยู่ในระดับมาก ความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการสอนภาษาไทยอยู่ในระดับมาก และความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการสอนคณิตศาสตร์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการสอนกลุ่มสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ชีวิต กลุ่มสร้างเสริมลักษณะนิสัย และกลุ่มประสบการณ์พิเศษ (ภาษาอังกฤษ) อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the cognitive understanding of teaching competencies of the elementary school teachers under the jurisdiction of the Office of Sing Buri Primary Education. One thousand three hundred and twenty-nine copies of test were distributed to elementary school teachers under the jurisdiction of the Office of Sing Buri Provincial Primary Education and 1,217 copies or 91.57 percent were completed and returned. Data were analyzed by using percentage, arithematic mean and standard deviation then rated into levels of cognitive understanding. The research results showed as follows: The cognitive understanding of teaching competencies of elementary school teachers under the jurisidiction of the Office of Sing Buri Provincial Primary Education was rated at the moderate level. If consider each cognitive understanding separately the data indicated that the cognitive understanding rated to general teaching principles was rated at the moderate level by which their understanding in teaching preparation and media application were at the high level, instructional technique and evaluation, class discipline and teaching were at the moderate level. With regards to teaching competencies in specific subjects data showed that their cognitive understanding were rated at the moderate level whereby tool subject area and work-oriented experience area and Thai language were rated at the high level, whereas mathematics, desirable character development, life experience area, and special subject experience area (English language were rated at the moderate level.
