The case study of UOB included skills, operational systems, management method, organizational structure, human resources, shared values and strategy. The sample group in the study consisted of 400 general employees in operations at UOB Bank. This was carried out as survey research, using quantitative research methods. A questionnaire was used to collect data which was statistically analyzed using percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, linear regression analysis, and Pearsons correlation coefficient. From the research it can be concluded that gender, age, monthly income, length of employment have an impact on developing a high performance organization. Level of education and marital status did not indicate any difference in this study. As the study only looked at certain groups, executives should still give importance as population theory categorizes this as primary data, with a relationship to developing high performance organizations. The factors of shared values, strategy, skills, capability, systems, structure are related to the development of a high performance organization of employees. Human resources and management method did not display a relationship to the development of a high performance organization. Though executives should not ignore these two factors and should develop along with the five fundamental factors.
