Abstract: การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการโซ่อุปทานการผลิตเครื่องสำอางของบริษัทผลิตเครื่องสำอาง บริษัท A ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยเน้นการศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการวัตถุดิบและเทคนิคการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบเพื่อการผลิตเครื่องสำอาง โดยการประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังแบบการแบ่งหมวดหมู่แบบเอบีซี (ABC Classification) ร่วมกับการจัดทำนโยบายการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบตามหมวดหมู่แบบเอบีซีและจัดทำตารางวางแผนความต้องการวัสดุ (Material Requirements Planning: MRP) เพื่อลดปัญหาการขาดแคลนวัตถุดิบและการถือครองวัตถุดิบเกินความจำเป็นในกระบวนการผลิต การศึกษาพบว่าบริษัท A มีปัญหาด้านการถือครองวัตถุดิบมากเกินความจำเป็นโดยบริษัทจะมีการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบทุก 3 เดือน ปัจจุบันมีวัตถุดิบในคลังทั้งหมด 535 รายการ มีมูลค่า 2,918,396.37 บาท มีวัตถุดิบที่ไม่มีการเคลื่อนไหว (Death stock) 260 รายการ ซึ่งมีมูลค่า 1,097,908.98 บาท หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.62 ของมูลค่าสินค้าคงคลังทั้งหมด เมื่อนำเทคนิคการจัดซื้อรูปแบบใหม่มาประยุกต์ใช้โดยใช้ตารางวางแผนความต้องการวัสดุ(MRP)กับการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังโดยแบ่งหมวดหมู่แบบเอบีซี ผลลัพธ์คือ บริษัท A สามารถลดมูลค่าการถือครองวัตถุดิบคงคลังจาก 2,918,396.37 บาท เหลือ 2,561,733.37 บาท หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 12.22

Abstract: This study aimed to elucidate supply chain management systems of a cosmetic company. The study focused on raw material management and purchasing technique for cosmetic manufacturing, Company A, which located in Banglamung district, Chonburi province. This study adopted ABC classification with purchasing technique as Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to solve over stock and shortage of raw materials in production system. The study found that company A has many inventory management problems which usually replenish every 3 months. The company has raw material over 535 items in inventory with account to 2,918,396.37 Baht. There are over 260 death stock items which cost 1,097,908.98 Bath or 37.62% of total inventory value. The new purchasing techniques were introduced and implemented by using Material Requirements Planning with ABC inventory management system. The result of the study showed that Company A can reduced inventory value from 2,918,396.37 Baht to 2,561,733.37 Baht or decreasing 12.22%
